封左關咁耐無得去旅行,慳左d錢真係要食餐好。有朋友推介呢間omakase, 係酒店裡邊,裝修環境一定好。就睇下佢既食物質素如何。今日舖頭嘅客人有兩台,分別有兩位唔同嘅師傅去serve。首先師傅準備咗ceser沙律同埋一共三款嘅圖盤,分別係醃秋葵,日本蔥同埋腐皮加沙律醬。全部都係自家製嘅味道唔會太濃啱晒香港人口味。再來就係茶碗蒸,蛋味濃郁又滑,回味無窮跟住就係刺身分別有右口魚刺身配酸汁爽口彈牙,再嚟就係灸燒右口魚,油香豐富。跟住落嚟就係我最鍾意食嘅赤貝,配上青檸汁帶出佢嘅鮮味。仲有嘅係吞拿魚拖羅加海膽,佢嘅吞拿魚拖羅係用自家醬油漬,鹹淡適中,配海膽真係滿足我兩種要求!間白魚金泊魚子一樣十分新鮮而且佢都係自家醃製,味道甜甜地,同時出去食嘅魚子好唔同但係比出邊更加好食。壽司都有好多款,分別有醬油蒜粒赤蝦,深海池魚,鯖魚,漬中拖羅同紫海膽。佢嘅漬拖羅十分特別外面鹹裏面入口即溶,有兩層唔同嘅味覺享受。最後仲有一個筋子拖羅飯同雪糕,為呢餐豐盛嘅晚宴畫上完美句號。
