仲要等多幾個月先可以飛泰國,耐不耐就好掛住泰國啲美食😌啱啱去完旅行返黎懶得煮飯,趁住今日放假就去旺角食我成日都去食嘅泰菜「青花」😉餐廳環境就好似置身於forest入面,仲有多款特色嘅餸菜例如用蝶豆花炒飯係出面比較少見架👍🏻建議大家黎食記得要預早book位,因為成日都爆場架👍🏻雞皮卷呢款係我每次必點嘅小食,炸到脆卜卜又薄身嘅雞皮入面包住雞肉,咬落去嘅時候會一啖爆汁好juicy😋雞肉鮮嫩多汁配上泰式辣醬酸酸辣辣,勁惹味又香口,絕對令你食唔停口炭燒豬肉串燒沙嗲一碟分量有6串,平均只係12蚊串幾抵食👍🏻入口有陣陣嘅炭燒香氣,豬肉肉質軟腍,外面焦香內裡多汁,加上香味濃郁嘅沙嗲醬簡直係絕配😋馬莎文香料牛肉咖喱份量驚人😆係一大碗嘅咖喱,足足可以四至五人分享👍🏻牛肉用上肥牛片,肉質較為軟腍,加入大量蔬菜:蓮藕、茄子、秋葵、腰果、薯仔令咖喱帶有蔬菜嘅清甜味,咖喱香而不辣,所以一定要嗌蒜蓉包去點咖喱汁,一滴都唔好浪費😆蒜蓉包香脆鬆軟,上面搽滿香味濃郁嘅蒜蓉醬,配上咖喱汁真係Perfect👍🏻藍蝶花蟹肉菠蘿炒飯菠蘿炒飯就食得多😆用藍蝶花去浸泡米飯,令米飯變成紫藍色,再鋪上大量蟹肉、提子乾、雞蛋同菠蘿粒,可以自行再加入肉鬆同腰果令口感更加豐富👍🏻蟹肉嘅鮮味、加上提子乾嘅微甜啱啱好中和返菠蘿嘅酸味、肉鬆鹹鮮嘅味道配搭埋腰果香脆嘅口感,味道層次更加提升😋📍青花 (旺角)旺角奶路臣街17號THE FOREST 1樓107-108號舖人均消費:$200-300食物:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️環境:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️服務:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️回頭率:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️…Read More

我一向就最鍾意周圍搵好野食,近期喺社交平台見到一間好有格調嘅西餐廳「Bistro Bon Bon」,深深比佢地嘅牛肉同三黃雞吸引咗🤩今晚即刻去試下✌🏻餐廳位於佐敦,舖面雖然不大,但裝修極具風格,牆上掛滿充滿藝術氣息嘅裝飾同畫像,約埋三五知己嘆返餐最好不過🥳餐廳提供$378四道菜晚餐,套餐包括頭盤、餐湯、主菜、甜品同餐飲,有部份需要額外加錢,食過之後覺得絕對值得👍🏻4 Courses DinnerStarter日本甘海老薄片將蝦肉壓成薄片,口感軟綿細滑,再加上鮮味濃郁嘅蝦油同紅酒漬蕎頭,酸酸甜甜嘅味道更加能突顯蝦嘅鮮味,蝦油嘅香氣充斥口腔,確實令人回味慢煮雞胸沙律配牛油果醬用慢煮方式嘅雞胸肉入口特別嫩滑,雞肉生熟程度剛剛好,配搭軟滑細綿嘅牛油果醬同新鮮嘅沙律菜,口感層次豐富,清新又健康嘅salad🥗Mid意式雜菜湯以多款蔬菜蕃茄烹調而成,味道濃郁但不油膩,維持酸甜平衡嘅味道,湯底加入香草提味提香,上面加上會溶化嘅芝士令味道層次感提升MainSapporo啤酒三黃雞即叫即煮嘅三黃雞用上啤酒汁去烹調,酒精於烹調過程中揮發,只有非常淡淡嘅酒味👍🏻金黃亮澤嘅三黃雞先將外皮煎香,鎖住雞肉嘅肉汁,油脂感豐富,連雞胸部份都十分嫩滑,點上濃稠creamy嘅啤酒汁,鮮美至極澳洲草飼油M4牛側腹肉必食👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻牛側腹肉雖然冇得揀生熟程度,目測大概五成熟,外面煎到微微焦香,中間嘅肉質仍然保持粉嫩嘅顏色,充滿肉汁,最特別係配搭沙嗲醬汁,花生味道特別香濃,但又唔會蓋過牛味👍🏻一碟有十多片牛肉,份量足又美味😋Sweet芝士蛋糕推介👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻我最愛嘅cheese cake,口感濕潤幼滑又creamy ,入口即化,芝士味勁濃仲帶有奶香,甜度亦都啱啱好,可以配搭酸酸甜甜嘅肉桂焦糖蘋果,食多件都唔會覺得膩伯爵茶朱古力風味紅茶食飽飲返杯伯爵茶refresh 一下😌朱古力紅茶飲落去有一陣朱古力嘅香味加上茶底嘅甘香,啱晒鍾意飲朱古力嘅我😆📍Bistro Bon Bon (佐敦)佐敦庇利金街53號地舖人均消費:$400食物:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️環境:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️服務:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️回頭率:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️…Read More

而家搬咗出黎住就冇得成日都飲媽咪煲嘅湯,日日出街食飯真係唔多健康,所以今日放假就去咗屋企附近買蒸飯同燉湯做晚餐☺️「燉湯奶奶」有多款蒸飯同足料燉湯,主打一個無添加、無味精健康食物,套餐包一個飯加燉湯只需$65起,而每一款燉湯都會用錫紙封好,咁就唔使擔心會倒瀉,非常貼心,攞到返屋企都仲係熱辣辣😉土魷蒸肉餅飯肉餅裏面加入咗土魷粒提鮮,口感豐富紮實,肉餅充滿汁水,咸香鮮嫩,絕對係下飯神器豉椒排骨飯大推豉汁排骨飯👍🏻將豆豉剁碎,每一粒排骨上面都裹滿豆豉,醃得夠晒入味,排骨肉質鬆軟,並帶有脆骨增添口感,份量足有成十幾件排骨,將豉汁排骨拌入米飯,鹹鮮嘅味道真係令我忍唔住食多咗飯蟲草花紅棗蒸雞飯啖啖肉嘅雞件加入滋補又養生嘅蟲草花同紅棗,除咗食到雞嘅鮮味仲食到紅棗甜甜地嘅味道,令雞肉更加鮮美滋補黃酒雞飯黃酒雞飯最啱女生食👍🏻可以軀寒補血又暖身,用糯米酒製成食落有淡淡嘅酒香,但酒味又不會好濃,裏面仲加入咗冬菇提升鮮味海底椰蟲草花雪梨燉排骨湯呢款湯水有助潤肺止咳滋陰潤燥,間唔中有兩聲咳嘅人最啱飲,海底椰加埋雪梨令湯底更加清甜,肉嘅鮮味更為突出,多款食材經常時間燉制已經不需要再加任何調味已經非常之濃味三椰燉竹絲雞湯用海底椰去燉竹絲雞可以達到補血滋潤嘅功效,秋天飲最適合不過,呢款湯水比較清淡,椰子肉嘅清甜加上竹絲雞嘅鮮味絕對係最佳配搭羊肚菌響螺燉竹絲雞湯呢款湯水嘅功效可以健脾益胃,增強抵抗力,啱晒成日捱夜嘅人飲用,菇菌類清爽嘅味道配上響螺吅竹絲雞嘅鮮甜味,飲落去順喉舒服,達致強身健體嘅功效日月魚合掌瓜螺片燉竹絲雞湯推介👍🏻個人最喜歡嘅湯水,裏面加入瑤柱同陳皮,入口鮮甜帶微甘,味道會較為濃郁,補肝而明目,最適合一家大細飲📍燉湯奶奶 (鰂魚涌)鰂魚涌英皇道1065號東達中心5樓503D室人均消費:$65-100食物:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️環境:N/A (外賣)服務:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️回頭率:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️…Read More

差唔多要打風啦,所以今晚唔煮飯出街食先😆我同Bu諗諗下不如去打返個邊爐咯,其實係我自己想去打邊爐先啱🤭近近地揀咗銅鑼灣嘅「十下火鍋」,之前已經同朋友仔食過火鍋套餐,人均只係$300零蚊,最重要係食物高質,除此之外,店舖內會不停播放住8、90年代嘅歌曲,裝修方面充滿懷舊風格,仲擺放咗一啲舊式電器,氣氛超正👍🏻店員仲會推出一架獅頭餐車,介紹返當日時令海鮮,夠晒gimmick😆二人套餐$328/位胡椒豬肚湯拼酸菜辣肉鍋湯底方面有6款,可以選擇鴛鴦鍋亦都唔使加錢,打邊爐前先飲返碗胡椒豬肚湯,十分足料,有大量嘅豬肚、酸菜、黑椒粒,入口微微辣,十分鮮味😋酸菜辣肉鍋以半肥瘦嘅豬腩薄片同酸菜製成,豬腩片令湯底增添一份肉嘅鮮味,酸菜嘅酸味令人更加開胃,豬腩片仲可以配搭辣椒豉油食,又係另一種好正嘅新食法😆大刀手切本地牛頸脊手切牛頸脊份量亦不少,大大片色澤鮮明,口感緊致有彈性,牛味亦非常濃郁,淥幾秒一轉色就食得,靚牛果然係唔同啲👍🏻花雕醉雞推介👍🏻十下嘅醉雞醃得非常入味,就算放入湯底煮熟後,食落依然有一陣淡淡嘅酒香味,雞肉嫩滑鮮香,實在令人回味無窮麻辣鴨血鴨血係可以即食,入口滑捋捋,又香又麻又辣,刺激味蕾🔥三星蔥醬爆貢丸|懷舊果皮魚蛋呢款醬爆貢丸亦係必食推介😋食嘅時候要小心一啖咬落去會爆汁,入邊嘅蔥薑蓉同貢丸嘅味道好match,果皮魚蛋食落有一陣陳皮香,QQ彈彈煙煙韌韌鳳城水餃水餃皮薄又滑,裏面滿滿鮮蝦仁同木耳等嘅餡料,雙重口感滋味脆炸響鈴響鈴酥脆香口,放入湯底3秒既食得,吸收晒湯底嘅鮮味但又依然保持住脆脆地嘅口感十下三寶滑鹹蛋黃墨魚滑|蝦籽蝦乾鮮蝦滑|髮菜蠔豉牛筋滑必食👍🏻三寶滑每一粒仲大過粒乒乓波,超巨型🤩手打鮮製口感與味道確實不同😋墨魚滑食得出墨魚粒粒嘅顆粒感加入鹹蛋黃增添鮮香味,蝦滑以鮮蝦肉切粒製成,入口爽口又彈牙,再加入蝦籽同蝦乾令鹹鮮味更加突出,口感份外豐富,牛筋滑就最特別,出面食唔到架🤭將髮菜蠔豉混入免治牛肉肉,口感結實並帶有海味嘅鮮味,三款我都勁鍾意食蔬菜拼盤娃娃菜|生菜|冬菇|蘿蔔|粟米一盤有齊晒各種蔬菜,粟米特別甜,蘿蔔煲到淋身好入味,又甜又多汁竹蔗茅根套餐加$15可以轉為一壺竹蔗茅根,兩人share啱啱好,打邊爐梗係要飲番杯下火嘅飲品啦😆📍十下火鍋 (銅鑼灣)銅鑼灣登龍街28號永光中心2樓人均消費:$300-400食物:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️環境:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️服務:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️回頭率:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️…Read More
