Yadllie 手工炸雞的精髓在於採用韓國濟州島栽培的各種新鮮蔬菜和 20 多種天然材料混合而成的秘製醬料。
我們將韓國新鮮雞肉放入秘製醬料以Yadllie 獨有的專利腌製技術,發酵 72 小時以上。
秘製醬料加上我們在韓國傳統浸泡腌製法上加以改良的獨有技術,就是Yadllie 炸雞的獨特味道和鮮嫩口感的秘訣。

Without Dress
由於粉漿會吸收大量油份,為打造健康炸雞。每份Yadllie 炸雞均是用人手在腌製好的雞肉上,一件一件撲上薄薄一層的秘製乾粉。我們有信心Yadllie 炸雞的美味是在於雞肉上,這不是一般以調味粉混和而成的粉漿炸雞可以比擬。

A Pressure Fryer
所有Yadllie 炸雞,均使用壓力油炸鍋,以雙重高壓油炸技術處理。首次油炸過程是使用封閉式壓力油炸方法將雞件油炸至七成熟,鎖住用汁。第二次則以開放式油炸鍋再炸至全熟,用以排走多餘油份,以及令Yadllie炸雞更加外脆內嫩。過程中,壓力、時間及濕度都要拿捏得十分準確。

Happy Friday想食炸雞,於是約咗朋友去荃灣海之戀Yadllie Plate食韓國野,餐廳主打炸雞,裝修新穎,如同英國火車卡,以深色為主調,高雅又時尚。見到餐牌琳瑯滿目嘅嘢食,樣樣都想試,我哋叫咗驚喜二重奏、魚介湯鍋、八爪魚煎餅、卡邦尼年糕、農家鮮泡菜及兩杯嘢飲,分別草莓乳酪梳打及玫瑰蜜桃果茶。驚喜二重奏分別有安格斯牛扒及炸雞,非常大份足料,一大塊牛扒及半隻炸雞。牛扒係熱石上,可以一邊煎一邊食,生熟度由自己控制,牛扒牛味濃郁,煎到兩邊蕉香,配上燒烤醬,非常美味;炸雞炸得外脆外軟,非常之Juicy,唔怪得知餐廳主打炸雞,炸得非常之好食。魚介湯鍋充滿韓國街頭小食嘅味道,湯鍋有各式各樣嘅魚糕、年糕、豆腐、雞蛋、新鮮蔬菜等,非常之豐富。八爪魚煎餅八爪魚煎餅主要有蔥同八爪魚,煎得兩面非常之香脆,內裏滿滿嘅八爪魚,點上佢配嘅兩個韓式醬料,非常之惹味。卡邦尼年糕卡邦尼年糕除咗年糕之外,仲有蛋、魚糕同米通,卡邦尼汁非常之creamy,配上煙靭嘅年糕,令人食唔停口。農家鮮泡菜新鮮製嘅泡菜,爽脆清新。草莓乳酪梳打非常之清新,配炸雞一流。玫瑰蜜桃果茶玫瑰配上蜜桃香甜味,清甜滋潤。 continue reading
