Yadllie 手工炸雞的精髓在於採用韓國濟州島栽培的各種新鮮蔬菜和 20 多種天然材料混合而成的秘製醬料。
我們將韓國新鮮雞肉放入秘製醬料以Yadllie 獨有的專利腌製技術,發酵 72 小時以上。
秘製醬料加上我們在韓國傳統浸泡腌製法上加以改良的獨有技術,就是Yadllie 炸雞的獨特味道和鮮嫩口感的秘訣。

Without Dress
由於粉漿會吸收大量油份,為打造健康炸雞。每份Yadllie 炸雞均是用人手在腌製好的雞肉上,一件一件撲上薄薄一層的秘製乾粉。我們有信心Yadllie 炸雞的美味是在於雞肉上,這不是一般以調味粉混和而成的粉漿炸雞可以比擬。

A Pressure Fryer
所有Yadllie 炸雞,均使用壓力油炸鍋,以雙重高壓油炸技術處理。首次油炸過程是使用封閉式壓力油炸方法將雞件油炸至七成熟,鎖住用汁。第二次則以開放式油炸鍋再炸至全熟,用以排走多餘油份,以及令Yadllie炸雞更加外脆內嫩。過程中,壓力、時間及濕度都要拿捏得十分準確。

千層牛肉醬油鍋牛肉質地鮮嫩,每一層都充滿了醬油的香味,配上手切面,面條的口感和牛肉湯底完美地融合在一起,讓人回味無窮。牛肉紫菜包飯口感豐富,每一口都能品嚐到牛肉和其他新鮮配菜,讓人忍不住多吃幾口。海鮮拌炸醬麵跟坊間炸醬麵很不同,他是用上自家制的麵條而不是普通方便麵。海鮮的新鮮度和炸醬的味道恰到好處。黃金蒜香無骨雞外皮酥脆,內裡的雞肉鮮嫩多汁,蒜香的味道讓人食指大動,而家還配有炸蕃薯條跟炸蝦片,每一口都讓人感到滿足。魚介湯鍋湯底鮮美,配上韓式魚糕,韓式年糕及新鮮蔬菜,讓人感受到滿滿韓國地道風味。八爪魚煎餅口感酥脆,八爪魚的味道濃郁,讓人難以忘懷。每一口都讓人感到滿足,讓人忍不住多吃幾口。芒果露冰甜度適中,芒果的鮮甜和冰涼的口感組合在一起,為這次的用餐經驗劃上了完美的句號。芒果的甜味和冰涼的口感讓人感到清爽,是結束一頓美食的完美選擇。整體來說,Yadllie Plate韓國餐廳的菜品新鮮美味,服務周到,是一次非常愉快的用餐經驗。我會極力推薦給朋友和家人,期待下次再來品嚐更多美食。無論是環境還是服務,都讓人感到舒適和滿意。我相信,無論是與朋友聚餐還是與家人共享美食,Yadllie Plate韓國餐廳都會是一個不錯的選擇。 continue reading

約咗朋友去荃灣海之戀行街食飯,佢喜歡食韓國野,就去咗商場Yadllie Plate食,餐廳裝修時尚,是一家在韓國擁有30多間分店的韓式炸雞店,炸雞採用來自韓國的土產雞,食物質素頗高。蜜味乳酪粉炸雞:炸雞外脆內嫩,上面灑上蜜味乳酪粉,味道鹹甜好惹味。另外還有炸蕃薯條,香脆可口。莫索里拉芝士排骨:芝士排骨用熱鍋上枱,排骨是已經預先煮熟,放在一個盛滿芝士的鍋上, 店員會即場將熱溶咗嘅芝士,套上排骨,芝士撈埋排骨嘅醬汁食味道好濃郁,好好味道!魚介湯鍋以蒸鍋上枱。熱住可以保持溫度慢慢食。材料採用韓國進口秘製魚介湯,湯底鮮甜,內有魚糕串、魚豆腐、韓國三式年糕及新鮮蔬菜,份量十足!韓式牛肉蛋卷:蛋卷厚身並帶有蛋香,用牛肉做餡料屬次分明,加上茄汁和芥末醬汁,味道更佳。水冷麵:將冰鎮的蕎麥麵條放入湯中,放入青瓜絲、白蘿白絲、半隻蛋,再加上芥末醬,無論味道和口感都好清爽。蜜瓜雪冰:蜜瓜嘅香甜,配合埋入口即溶嘅綿密沙冰,已經感覺非常清爽甜美,中間仲附有一條韓國嘅蜜瓜味雪條,食落蜜瓜味非常濃郁 ,超正嘅甜品! continue reading
