Yadllie 手工炸雞的精髓在於採用韓國濟州島栽培的各種新鮮蔬菜和 20 多種天然材料混合而成的秘製醬料。
我們將韓國新鮮雞肉放入秘製醬料以Yadllie 獨有的專利腌製技術,發酵 72 小時以上。
秘製醬料加上我們在韓國傳統浸泡腌製法上加以改良的獨有技術,就是Yadllie 炸雞的獨特味道和鮮嫩口感的秘訣。

Without Dress
由於粉漿會吸收大量油份,為打造健康炸雞。每份Yadllie 炸雞均是用人手在腌製好的雞肉上,一件一件撲上薄薄一層的秘製乾粉。我們有信心Yadllie 炸雞的美味是在於雞肉上,這不是一般以調味粉混和而成的粉漿炸雞可以比擬。

A Pressure Fryer
所有Yadllie 炸雞,均使用壓力油炸鍋,以雙重高壓油炸技術處理。首次油炸過程是使用封閉式壓力油炸方法將雞件油炸至七成熟,鎖住用汁。第二次則以開放式油炸鍋再炸至全熟,用以排走多餘油份,以及令Yadllie炸雞更加外脆內嫩。過程中,壓力、時間及濕度都要拿捏得十分準確。

下班後去食飯, 經過海之戀記得之前有幫襯過呢間食韓國菜嘅餐廳, 忽然又挑起想食韓國菜嘅癮估唔夜晚8點都仲要等位, 果然人山人海好爆滿, 等咗廿分鐘先有位入座我們叫左個八爪魚海軍醬油湯鍋, 十分足料, 裡面有整隻八爪魚, 一路滾一路食keep住熱辣辣韓式辣醬湯底既香辣又惹味, 係傳統既韓式辣湯味道, 裡面既配菜都好豐富, 再加埋個辛辣麵吸晒所有湯嘅精華食韓國菜又點少得叫炸雞, 叫左半半雞可以一次試兩款口味, 我地叫左蔥蔥蔥及蜜味乳酪粉口味炸雞皮脆肉嫩, 好juicy, 加埋甜甜地嘅炸蕃薯條另外仲叫左一直好想試既韓式醬豬蹄, 油光油光的見到都想食仲備有生菜可以包住食冇咁油膩, 加埋D蔥絲及辣醬簡直一絕醬豬手皮肉夾雜, 皮脂都被醬料醃至上晒色, 又腍又嫩, 鍾意食豬皮既我真係欲罷不能飲品叫左藍橙荔枝梳打和草莓乳酸梳打, 兩款飲品都好清新, 好解渴, 而且色彩好靚好適合打卡最後仲叫左個甜品朱古力雪冰, size唔會好大, 兩個人食剛剛好,朱古力好濃郁, 但又唔會好甜, 雪冰好幼滑, 完全唔似食緊冰咁,加上雲呢娜雪糕, 好似食緊心太軟般, 雪冰吸晒朱古力醬, 食入口每啖都有濃濃既朱古力味 continue reading

一段時間無嚟海之戀食嘢,去到Yadllie Plate門口仍然都係咁多人,6點半去到已經幾乎滿座。火灸牛侍應會即場用火槍灸燒牛肉至金黃色,每片望落色澤都超靚,入口肉味相當濃郁而且多汁,配埋蒜茸片一齊食更加正。半半炸雞(原味/蜜味乳酪粉)可以選擇兩種口味嘅炸雞,我就揀咗原味同蜜味乳酪粉,原味本來已經唔錯,咬落啖啖肉唔厚粉,肉質亦夠鮮嫩,另一款鋪上蜜味乳酪粉後多陣酸甜口味更加正😋。農家鮮泡菜甜、酸、辣三種味道好平衡嘅泡菜,味道唔會太偏重其中一面,口感爽脆食得好舒服,越食越開胃。魚介湯鍋韓國經典街頭食品,食材有唔同嘅魚肉串、蘿蔔、年糕同雞蛋,每款都入晒味又熱辣辣,冬天食啱晒。巨峰乳酸梳打清甜嘅巨峰提子加埋乳酸梳打,底層仲有粒粒爆珠,爽感十足。藍橙荔枝梳打味道清爽帶有香甜嘅果香味,甜度適中口感清新。芒果雪冰朱古力雪冰飯後就梗係要配甜品,推薦芒果味👍🏻。 continue reading
