愛美是人的天性,有人追求樣貌美,衣著美,而我覺得心情靚最重要。今日去食下午茶,太開心❤了,真係享受左一個靚爆鏡嘅下晝。北京道1號有好多食肆, 大門口裝修非常省鏡,雖然已經過左春節好耐,但係喜慶嘅裝修依然未拆,大紅福字同燈籠將整個環境裝點得喜氣洋洋,令人心情開朗。🥳🥳 一條好長好高嘅扶手電梯帶你去到輝煌大堂,🎢只見大堂樓底超高 ,裝飾新穎,簡單得來又不失氣派,高貴而且帶有青春的活力。搭電梯上到8樓,一個花花世界展現眼前,【花樂】就是我們今日下午茶的餐廳 ,餐廳非常光猛闊落,大片玻璃窗對正文化中心,前面就係1881商場,隔離係YMCA,右邊係天星碼頭,👀望哂整個維多利亞海港🏞,這裡真是最好的打卡點。餐廳名叫【花樂】,LOGO就係有一朵花,🌸門口的裝飾別具日本特色,粉紅色的字樣帶出溫暖的感覺,天花和墻身都是花葉裝飾,圓柱形的大酒埕給人豐足富裕的踏實感,一排蘆葦桿分隔了門口和餐廳的區域,又多了一種環保原始的自然美。🪺🍀🍁今日的下午茶非常豐富,淨係睇餐牌就已經可以開心半日,內容豐富度超出我的想像力。第一個呈上是生鮮食物熱氣球,分開幾層放食物,裝飾用了不同的鮮花為食物扮靚,第二個是各式甜品水果的晶瑩通透玻璃櫃,第三個是鹹點盆。一個美食與鮮花融合的下午茶正式開始。🥁🥁前奏曲🎼🎵🎶🎹藍莓果粒茶在漂亮的瓷具中發出誘人氣味,紫藍色的茶在潔白的茶杯裡呈現高貴的美感。主題(一)鮮生組合先清後濃,先鹹後甜是飲食的規律,我們從沙律開始:微微炙焦的粟米,清香多汁,香醋沙律開啟了期待的味蕾。時令海膽,拖羅,油甘魚🐠,甜蝦,盈油光亮,鮮甜可口,配一朵黃菊花,吸睛之作。👀🌼巴馬🐴火腿芝士卷,豐年的巴馬火腿,卷起濃香軟糯的芝士,吃在嘴👄裡,香味久久不散。磯之雪雜錦魚🐠生卷,用海苔卷著魚生片,與壽司🍣飯共融出和諧的美味。主題(二)鹹點組合厚切三文魚🐠,紅白相間的三文魚片,點上芥末醬油,就得到滿足幸福的感覺。日式炸蟹鉗,和港式炸蟹鉗不同,金黃的外表,雪白的蟹肉,外脆內嫩,蟹香揚溢,點些醬汁更是錦上添花。鱈魚🐠干,淺褐色的鱈魚干貌不驚人,味道卻是出奇的鮮香,從第一片吃到最後一片沒有停頓。😂🫣主題(三)甜品水果櫻花水信玄餅最漂亮,一朵粉紅色的璀璨櫻花🌸,綻放在水晶體的糕餅中,令人愛不惜手,不想破壞了美麗的容貌。🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸芝士蛋糕🎂和芝士蛋卷,一朵鮮紅的玫瑰🌹,放在雪白的芝士蛋糕旁,紅白互相輝映 ,簡直是一幅最美的圖畫。鮮紅草莓🍓,甜到漏的哈蜜瓜🍈,晶瑩剔透的波波提子🫒🫒,碟豆花,月季🌹花,菊花等再組成另一幅圖畫,令靚到爆表的下午茶更加完美。有點遺憾的是,不能把全部靚相上載 ,美麗的畫面自能自己欣賞。😂😂 continue reading

「北京道1號」嘅餐廳個賣點就喺有個維港景,今晚嚟到8樓嘅「花楽」,就喺老友負責嘅航天項目順利完滿結束,所以,一於食番一餐好嘅當喺賀賀佢又好,壯吓聲威又好,總之,趁啲藉口聚一聚!踏入餐廳,環境幾大,樓底比較高,所以,空間感十足;而裝修有別一般居酒屋般和風風格,相反,比較摩登時尚,尤其啲天花燈同乾花裝飾,都睇得出花咗唔少心思。配以柔和嘅燈效,整體感覺幾有氣氛。我哋被安排坐晌靠窗嘅大梳化卡位,既闊落舒服,又有個維港景,睇到1881(舊水警總部)、文化中心,景觀開揚,個人覺得喺最佳位置。此外,原來呢度有現場音樂伴唱,更可以點歌,逢星期三、五、六,撞啱今晚就喺,聽住音樂食吓嘢,都幾好架。餐廳採用二維碼落單,介面易用,分類跟番餐牌一樣。既然定位為居酒屋,食物嘅選擇就自不然多,翻開一版又一版,有沙律、先付、刺身、壽司、卷物、天婦羅、揚物、一品料理、燒物、串燒、鍋物、石鍋飯、飯麵、茶漬飯、湯品、甘味……等等一應俱全。食日本嘢,除欣賞食物之外,啲餐具都比較靚,值得多欣賞一下。講咗咁多,依家就去片,睇吓今晚我哋食咗乜!厚切宮崎煙肉黑糖醬燒 $98第一道菜無晌先付度揀,反而睇啱晌燒物中嘅厚切宮崎煙肉,賣相有啲似港式叉燒,但味道跟口感都好唔同,啲宮崎煙肉咬落肉質喺煙韌好多,但又有啲彈牙感,味道方面有濃濃嘅煙燻香味,就好似平常食煙肉咁,雖然喺厚切,但唔會好鹹,因為加咗黑糖醬去燒,剛好有平衡之效。吉列炸蠔配黑松露醬 $98仲喺前菜階段,再嚟喺一客吉列炸蠔,啲蠔就無標明嚟自邊度,不過,蠔鮮味十足,又炸得外層十分香脆而唔喺好油膩,沾上少少黑松露醬,陣陣黑松露嘅香氣,令炸蠔有種錦上添花嘅昇華感,清酒煮蜆 $138食咗兩道前菜,再落嚟喺兩道海鮮菜式,先分享清酒煮蜆,啲蜆非常大隻,唔喺啲蜆仔,所以,睇落啲蜆肉厚身飽滿,入口味道鮮甜,質感柔韌,食得出喺新鮮靚貨,又完全無沙,而且,慢慢滲出淡雅嘅清酒香,好食。再試多口清酒湯,酒香撲鼻,但入口卻唔會太嗆喉,反而,有種清爽感。花樂燒賣甲羅燒 $218老友未食過甲羅燒,所以,呢道菜佢就要試試喇。日本菜向來都好注重賣相,呢一道甲羅燒就正正體現出呢一點,除咗有甲羅燒,仲伴有一籠自家創作嘅中華風燒買壽司及野菜沙律,再加埋堂前幫你燒埋,呢個又喺加分位。店員好醒目,知道我哋鍾意影食物相,俾我哋影完先幫我哋拌勻蟹殼內嘅材料再燒香。蟹殼裏面有鮮拆蟹肉、蟹膏、海膽、生蛋黃、三文魚籽,睇見呢個組合都流口水啦,一路燒一路拌勻之後,搽上法包度食,味道甘腴,又帶點點鹹鮮,口感豐富,猶如食法式鵝肝多士咁,唯一挑剔位喺多兩件法包就更好啦。中華風燒賣壽司非常搞鬼,造型似足燒賣,仲要搵個蒸籠嚟裝住,咪以為綠色嘅外皮喺紙,其實可以放入口,面頭放有好多蟹肉同蟹籽,所以,入口好鮮味,而下面嘅壽司飯軟糯好食。野菜沙律亦都有亮點,就喺沙律菜之外再加幾串海葡萄,海葡萄純粹外形關係,跟提子完全喺兩樣嘢,其實喺啲海澡類植物,味道鹹鹹哋,再自行淋上柚子醋,令到個沙律有清清味蕾之效。茗荷黑松露吞拿魚腩芝士卷 $148「茗荷」喺乜?睇番餐牌嘅英文名,就知喺日本薑,「茗荷」有譯作日本生薑,呢一款壽司反卷就喺以日本米捲住忌廉芝士同火箭菜,再鋪上大量吞拿魚腩蓉,加點黑松露醬同幾絲生薑絲而成。單喺賣相都幾亮麗精緻,入口味道富層次,咬落去有唔同嘅口感,喺用心製作嘅出品。日本燒牛肉石鍋飯 $148最後,就以石鍋飯嚟墊墊肚,石鍋飯上枱都感受到嗰種熱氣騰騰,牛肉份量都有幾多吓,夾雜唔少洋蔥,散發出少少香氣。牛肉味濃又鮮嫩,而飯粒好軟熟,底下仲有少少飯焦,雖然唔多,但脆卜卜過吓口癮都夠啦。一次過試到多款唔同嘅菜式,各有賣點,最緊要都喺用料靚,出品有質素,老友當然最欣賞個甲羅燒,因為對佢嚟講好有新鮮感,小弟就幾鍾意個壽司卷,因為味道紛陳。呢度環境就好正架啦,開揚有啲海景,而招呼亦都好好,侍應服務勤快有禮,不時為我哋加添熱茶、收拾枱面,喺一次幾好嘅體驗。 continue reading
