/最近發現咗呢間係鰂魚涌嘅寶藏餐廳🤩即刻約咗朋友收工去chill下環境格局勁chill勁高級,食物質素都非常之高質-佢哋而家逢星期一二夜晚都會有一個$498既set入面有前菜,壽司,牛扒同甜品! 兩個人去食係完全夠飽!-🥢前菜有味噌湯,麻醬菠菜,枝豆同炸豆腐。麻醬菠菜嘅擺盤好特別,將菠菜同麻醬好好混合埋一齊之後每一條菠菜都佈滿麻醬非常香濃。炸豆腐都吸滿日式高湯好入味🥢壽司一大個拼盤擺得勁靚,超啱打卡🥰首先有四款刺身:真調,三文魚,帶子同油甘魚。壽司就係炙燒三文魚,黑松露醬油甘魚,赤身吞拿魚,然後就係吞拿魚蓉反卷,呢個反卷有少少辣辣地,入邊包住牛油果,青瓜同紫蘇葉,辣得來又有少少清新嘅感覺。 呢個真係食唔停口😋😋 刺身都非常之新鮮重魚味🥢牛扒牛扒可以每人揀一款,我哋兩個都係揀咗M1和牛,肉味超級香濃,牛扒仲要非常之厚,充滿肉汁勁Juicy🤩🤩 嗌左middle 啱啱好,個橫切面勁靚,配埋個燒汁一齊食都好夾!另外仲有一人一碗椰菜沙律同一份薯條,薯條炸到好脆,又唔會好油膩👍🏻🥢甜品咁啱我哋喺復活節嘅時候去,其中一款甜品就係復活節蛋🤣🥚,另一款係caramel雪糕配芝麻脆片同埋紅豆粒,個人覺得比較偏甜,但係口感非常之豐富。復活蛋其實係朱古力慕絲,面頭仲有啲生果,食落唔會太甜太膩,略略有少少朱古力嘅苦,作一個好好嘅收尾-整體上成個環境好啱朋友或者情侶去拍拖!慶祝節日都係一個好好嘅選擇!- continue reading

<Every Monday & Tuesday night menu> $498Honjokko位於鰂魚涌太古坊,現時逢星期一和星期二都有dinner only for the Steak and Sushi night,包括有前菜、刺身&壽司、主食和甜品。前菜包括有枝豆、麵豉湯、麻醬菠菜、炸豆腐,當中的麻醬菠菜擺碟特別,需要客人自己連同醬汁攪拌,麻醬香濃;炸豆腐浸於日式高湯內,吸滿湯汁很入味刺身及壽司方面,刺身有帶子三文魚、油金魚、真鯛,味道鮮甜,入口嫩滑。壽司就包括有辣免治拖羅卷、炙燒三文魚、油金魚、拖羅,個人尤其喜歡辣免治拖羅卷,略帶微辣好開胃,餡料有牛油果,更顯清新。主食分別點了wagyu striploin M1 和wagyu A4 striploin(+$248),同樣都是七成熟。wagyu striploin M1 肉質比較結實,wagyu A4 striploin就油脂豐富,入口即融,還附有薯條和椰菜沙律解膩呢最後甜品是芝麻焦糖布甸,除了有海鹽焦糖雪糕,還有一塊芝麻餅脆脆,多重層次有驚喜 continue reading
