之前已經聽朋友推介過這間餐廳,今日去一次果然值得,由食物質素、服務質素,以至環境,都絕對是一次5星體驗。平日香港的餐廳都很迫,即使高級餐廳也不例外,但今次的環境及氛圍是絕對可以令你放鬆,有一個好輕鬆既用餐環境。可以說是鰂魚涌隱世現代日本料理,有一個如此舒服既地方。先叫了兩杯Mocktails cheers (1) Royal kombucha - Champagne syrup, yuzu, strawberry kombucha (2) Okiru - Sakura & lychee cordial, lemon, soda 先叫了三款starter, 餐廳主打精緻日本料理。每道菜都經過設計,而每上一道菜店員都會為你介紹,讓你可以了解每道菜的設計及特別之處。1. Edamame (v) - sea salt, yuzu, AO nori2. Spinach (v) white sesame sauce, pickled mustard seeds3.
