To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我們幫襯旺角嘅金華冰廳,不單止遇到極差的服務態度,茶餐廳的餐牌更涉嫌有誤導成分。我哋一入去堂食,就見到枱上面有張告示指出每人要最低消費一杯飲品。(如圖)下單時,我哋睇餐牌先知一杯飲品原來索價最少$20!我哋一行5人,下單$200(平均每人$40),但是伙記睇到我哋其中四人冇叫飲品仍要求我哋單叫多4杯飲品,即是多付$80!我哋同伙記講:「我哋5個人幫襯你哋咁多點解仲要我哋一人買一杯$20飲品?」不單止伙記堅持我哋叫飲品,老闆娘仲話我哋:「喺咪鬥氣呀!」不單止,餐牌(如圖)的列價非常曖昧。我哋叫雙蛋通心粉,餐牌的字非常小,無列明叫雙蛋加豬扒要幾錢,只講轉豬扒要加$5(但無寫豬扒麪的真實價錢),我們本來想叫豬扒蛋麪,但伙記就話要我哋加$20幾先可以。這樣狡猾的列價方式簡直不可理喻!食物方面,菠蘿油(如圖)不算貴,但是已經沒有以前咁好食,以前常光顧這間餐廳的的菠蘿油,當時的包都是新鮮出爐,熱哄哄,牛油和包和諧地融合,很有層次感。可是今次的菠蘿油不但乾柴,牛油仍是冰冷,包更加比以前多了空氣,盡失水準,令我哋覺得甚至到偷工減料的程度。雙蛋通心粉(如圖)更是平平無奇,沒有再嘗試的價值。食完嘢,我哋已經不要信任這間餐廳,發現收據(如圖)的列單方式亦非常曖昧,我們決定上前和老闆娘理論。老闆娘不但完全沒有悔意,更話自己明碼實價,「最低消費飲品$20間間茶餐廳都係咁收費架啦!」,我哋唔鍾意大可以唔幫襯佢!總括而言,金華餐廳係眾多茶餐廳之中服務態度最惡劣,食物質素大退步的餐廳。老闆娘趕客的態度更加令我不推薦大家過來幫襯,因為金華已不再是以前風光的時候了! continue reading

五一兴致勃勃来打卡这家店,结果要排好久,里面很局促,坐下来动都动不了一点,更别说转身,也没地方放包,服务员态度也不好,这些我都忍了,点了滑蛋牛➕菠萝油➕西士多➕热鸳鸯,花了108,吃是真的难吃…如嚼烂泥…不懂为什么这么多人推荐踩雷踩雷 continue reading

金華冰廳一向畀旅客大推,基本上係佢地必食茶餐廳,weekend 食個早餐都一定要搭枱。如果唔駛等位,又想食個新鮮出爐既包,我都會入呢間食個靚早餐。呢個個早餐同同區既茶餐廳唔同,早餐set 係唔包多士/方包既,但好均真地,佢畀晒腸仔、火腿同蛋三款野。基本上咁食都夠飽。沙嗲牛肉麵 $38:牛肉唔會乸到爛晒,公仔麵唔係淋晒炸菜肉絲米 $38:炸菜唔會好鹹,麵餐最重要加辣油,味道即刻提升返菠蘿包$8:一定一定要吼住出爐先叫,d姐姐好好,你講明畀個熱既,佢會同你講再等下/畀個夠熱既你。菠蘿包外層酥脆,唔會一咬就碎到一地都係;內部唔係食空氣,真材實料。如果你同人share,可以request 分兩分,佢會幫你切得靚靚仔仔。 continue reading

21/4/24 原本介紹左來自台灣既屋企人去吃獲獎無數的「金華冰廳」,但他們吃完之後向我反映收多了他們錢,而且店員態度非常惡劣。他們總共叫了4杯飲料,3個蛋撻,西多士和菠蘿油。他們結帳前自己計數了大概一百多,但結帳的時候店員跟他們說總共吃了256元。而且他們因為是台灣人聽不懂廣東話,店員卻在說廣東話竊竊私語,家人並不知道店員在講什麼,而且他們也搞不清楚發生什麼,以為自己算錯了金額。最後也給港幣256塊港幣出去,而且沒有單子看。後來他們跟我說這件事。我於是打去「金華冰廳」詢問事件,店員說他們態度沒有不好,而且他們懂得國語,又強調他們店員一直強調自己不會收多錢,一直強調收多錢他們自己也拿不到,也強調單子上寫了正確的價錢,一直強調是我家人的錯,又質問我是不是家人記錯,他們不會收多別人的錢。難道我的家人會為了一百塊向我這樣說謊這樣訴苦嗎?而且我相信這件事件不是第一次發生。也有看到其他評論也說收多了錢。這次事件就當讓他們因為$100而失去一班食客的支持,反正他們也不會承認自己的過錯。所以如果想去這間餐廳受氣,並讓他們收多錢的話就去吧:) continue reading
