剛看到某雜誌網站介紹韓國旅遊節目中韓國人理想的香港旅遊行程,當中第一站吃的早餐,正是地道風味港式早餐中的代表「餐蛋麵」、「奶醬多」和「奶茶」。其實,港式早餐的經典又何止這些,就好像這間我剛在最近才幫襯過,早已遠近知名的「金華冰廳」,便以新鮮出爐美味「菠蘿包」吸引得不少食客慕名而至。不過這天我吃的不止是「菠蘿包」,而是它的邪惡進化版「菠蘿油」,再加上另一港式經典咖啡 + 奶茶融合而成的「熱鴛鴦」,雙劍合璧,就似金庸先生筆下的楊過與小龍女一樣,即使未必天下無敵,能與它倆匹敵的早餐組合,我覺得也並非太多。其實,這兒的「菠蘿油」,亦即「鮮油菠蘿包」,我都有兩三年沒吃過了。一來是為了它確實邪惡,那塊其實都不算太厚的牛油不知埋藏了多少卡路里,二來,之前的一次吃,那「菠蘿包」也有點失準,菠蘿包皮不夠香脆,所以一直都沒有再來光顧。幸好,這天的「菠蘿油」沒有失準,包皮好,包身甜,配以鹹味重,口感滑的鮮牛油,兩者絕對如魚得水,如虎添翼,確是港式的經典,邪惡的美味。配角「熱鴛鴦」這香港始創的特色飲品,結合了奶茶和咖啡兩大飲品的優點,只要沖調比例得宜,味道隨時可比單純的一杯港式「熱奶茶」或「熱咖啡」更勝一籌。而這天的一杯,雖未至於十分的好,可也不差。下次要是有韓國或其他國家的旅客來香港旅遊,除了「餐蛋麵」、「奶醬多」、「熱奶茶」等港式早餐名物外,這兒的「菠蘿油」與「熱鴛鴦」,也不妨一試吧! continue reading

It has absolutely been overrated in terms of its food quality and tastness.Service was none existed. All the waitresses were rude as hell, especially the younger ones.Don't visit its washroom, as you'll sure be regretted & feeling nauseated.I would be a fool if I pay this cafe a second visit in my life time. continue reading

韓國朋友來港玩,帶她去吃金華出名的菠蘿油。我說香港好吃的餐廳,尤其是茶餐廳,服務和環境通常很一般,先給她一個心理準備。而結果阿姐的服務態度比想像中好,我鬆了一口氣。我們一進餐廳,便和另外兩個人搭枱一起坐卡位,我朋友有點驚訝,因為韓國沒有搭枱這文化。我解釋後,她說“幾好啊,充分土地利用” (我笑了)朋友對餐牌無從入手,我幫她點了我喜歡吃的菠蘿油,凍奶茶,凍鴛鴦,雞排芝士撈丁。菠蘿油仍然好味,微暖的菠蘿包和冰凍的鹽牛油,仍然是一個無可取代的絕配令我驚訝的是朋友非常喜歡撈丁,她說她不愛吃咖哩,卻覺得芝士撈丁裡加入的咖喱粉有畫龍點睛的感覺,是在韓國沒有吃過的味道,非常滿意。 continue reading

雞扒炒公仔麵味道:8/10雞扒有味,碟麵炒得好香好勻油膩:-10/10叫左少油,但出到來同其他人一樣反曬光咁。可能名氣大,廚房都唔接受個別嘅意見,哈哈。但我見叫左炒粉麵嘅碟碟都食剩一半以上。我自己都冇食曬,餓住咁出番來。環境:3/10一定要搭台,一定要坐埋一邊呢啲就唔洗講。但個冷氣大到呢⋯碟炒公仔麵食左幾啖就變左凍冰冰咁,洗唔洗咁樣趕客啊找錢時個收銀好冇禮貌咁掟啲散銀比我,日日都要做找錢嘅做好少少都唔得? continue reading

【金华冰厅】📍太子弼街47号地下作为网红冰室聚集区的旺角,排起队来真的不是盖的……好几家店的队伍长的看不到尽头...所以我们放弃好几家后终于遇到一家没那么多人的茶餐厅!激动地继续排队😂✨咸牛肉蛋包✨推荐:❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️咸牛肉真的超滑超嫩,跟鸡蛋一起炒熟之后很香~而且上层菠萝包的酥皮部分很大片很厚身很酥脆!超喜欢这家店的菠萝包哎!看隔壁桌的菠萝油也超好吃的样子!下次还要来!✨蛋挞✨推荐:❤️❤️❤️❤️蛋挞皮是有点像曲奇的酥皮,个人很喜欢🙈中间部分很顺滑,没有蛋腥味,乘热吃酥掉一地的皮,甜度也刚好,喜欢喜欢🙈✨热奶茶✨推荐:❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️这种老冰室的奶茶好像都是差不多的样子,很醇很香很滑,茶味和奶味融合的超好!而且这家奶茶的糖是要自己加的,这点超赞!按照喜好来更合自己口味💕李大鼻还吃了一份咖喱饭,但是从他表情来看似乎比较普通。但是我看其他人都点的是炒粉炒面炒河粉什么的,应该那些才是招牌吗?emmmmmm下次再来就吃那些! continue reading
