To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

蛋撻的確係好味嘅一直以來,店外買外賣蛋撻,一個都可以買,冇問題嘅,都買咗好多年今日去買,似乎係老闆/店長(一個有鬍鬚嘅中年男子)嘅人,話冇得買一個,全部都係兩個,因為盒裝蛋撻係兩個包裝咁其實我一直以來買嘅一個蛋撻又點買到㗎呢?佢哋咪搵個紙袋包一包,冇問題㗎我都冇咁好氣,平靜地微笑講,我得一個人,想買一個咋喎最後總算成功買到,佢哋以施捨嘅語氣賣咗一個蛋撻俾我,疑似老闆娘(一個戴眼鏡嘅中年女子)仲要俾說話我聽,話其他嗰啲蛋撻收起唔賣㗎啦,呢個俾埋佢啦俾!?我手上拎住張十蚊紙,真金白銀俾錢買㗎喎一係你白紙黑字寫出嚟,話一個蛋撻唔俾買囉,唔使拗啦趕時間搭車,唔想同佢哋爭論,亦都唔想影衰我嘅修養,買完快脆走,但咁嘅服務態度真係令人好唔舒服好食係好食,頗多遊客買係事實,店大欺客都係事實我由頭到尾都好有禮貌,絕對唔係西客。佢哋咁嘅服務態度,好自為之啦 continue reading

話說早上一家四口到金華食早餐,我老婆同兩個女入去先,跟住我5分鐘後先至到,一入到去見到個侍應對住佢哋三個企喺度等,我以為等乜嘢原來佢話等佢哋叫四個餐先落,我拗晒頭成間舖得六七成入座率,前後卡位都冇人坐,其實叫四個餐冇乜所謂,但係我有一個女唔食早餐,叫咗嘥晒啲嘢,其實想走,最後都係叫多一個餐算,因趕住搭車又黃雨,一個好差嘅體驗。平時我一個人周不時都會去幫襯,都見到同樣情況發生,不禮貌對待,自己親身體驗真係唔好受,我諗今次係最後一次幫襯。 continue reading

我們幫襯旺角嘅金華冰廳,不單止遇到極差的服務態度,茶餐廳的餐牌更涉嫌有誤導成分。我哋一入去堂食,就見到枱上面有張告示指出每人要最低消費一杯飲品。(如圖)下單時,我哋睇餐牌先知一杯飲品原來索價最少$20!我哋一行5人,下單$200(平均每人$40),但是伙記睇到我哋其中四人冇叫飲品仍要求我哋單叫多4杯飲品,即是多付$80!我哋同伙記講:「我哋5個人幫襯你哋咁多點解仲要我哋一人買一杯$20飲品?」不單止伙記堅持我哋叫飲品,老闆娘仲話我哋:「喺咪鬥氣呀!」不單止,餐牌(如圖)的列價非常曖昧。我哋叫雙蛋通心粉,餐牌的字非常小,無列明叫雙蛋加豬扒要幾錢,只講轉豬扒要加$5(但無寫豬扒麪的真實價錢),我們本來想叫豬扒蛋麪,但伙記就話要我哋加$20幾先可以。這樣狡猾的列價方式簡直不可理喻!食物方面,菠蘿油(如圖)不算貴,但是已經沒有以前咁好食,以前常光顧這間餐廳的的菠蘿油,當時的包都是新鮮出爐,熱哄哄,牛油和包和諧地融合,很有層次感。可是今次的菠蘿油不但乾柴,牛油仍是冰冷,包更加比以前多了空氣,盡失水準,令我哋覺得甚至到偷工減料的程度。雙蛋通心粉(如圖)更是平平無奇,沒有再嘗試的價值。食完嘢,我哋已經不要信任這間餐廳,發現收據(如圖)的列單方式亦非常曖昧,我們決定上前和老闆娘理論。老闆娘不但完全沒有悔意,更話自己明碼實價,「最低消費飲品$20間間茶餐廳都係咁收費架啦!」,我哋唔鍾意大可以唔幫襯佢!總括而言,金華餐廳係眾多茶餐廳之中服務態度最惡劣,食物質素大退步的餐廳。老闆娘趕客的態度更加令我不推薦大家過來幫襯,因為金華已不再是以前風光的時候了! continue reading

五一兴致勃勃来打卡这家店,结果要排好久,里面很局促,坐下来动都动不了一点,更别说转身,也没地方放包,服务员态度也不好,这些我都忍了,点了滑蛋牛➕菠萝油➕西士多➕热鸳鸯,花了108,吃是真的难吃…如嚼烂泥…不懂为什么这么多人推荐踩雷踩雷 continue reading
