To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

金華冰廳有多年歷史,出售香港懷舊食物,例如菠蘿油、蛋撻、西多士等等美食。假日人流唔多,無需排隊等位。菠蘿油$13一個,菠蘿包裏夾住一塊鮮牛油,包身體積算大,下午茶嘅話食一個已經夠飽。菠蘿包上面嘅皮唔算太鬆脆,有少少硬身。嘅預先牛油方面,唔會過厚或者過薄,擺入包入邊都食到牛油嘅香味。喺今時今日嘅香港,價錢算係合理。蛋撻當日唔係新鮮出爐,所以上枱已經凍咗,蛋撻嘅皮唔算鬆脆,但未亦都唔算香濃。奶茶嘅茶底厚身,濃郁得來,帶有苦澀味。 continue reading

見好多人排隊,但咁啱兩個人搭枱可以直入就抱住試下既心態入去,點知變左韭菜。第一,坐得超唔舒服,極迫,一張好窄既四人卡位枱要同兩個陌生人搭枱好近距離咁食野,為左做多啲生意真係可以去到幾盡?第二,野食及餐飲味道過咸過甜,叫左豬扒炒公仔麵,咸到倒左半枝豉油落去炒咁,最後就算唔平都食剩左,因為真係本身12分餓都食唔落。其次野飲勁甜,叫左凍奶茶少冰,落左半罐煉奶一樣,少冰都成杯冰,但反而慶幸,因為無冰溝淡啲係甜到飲唔落。第三,價錢不合理。叫個炒麵野飲要另計,盛惠22一杯凍飲,餐點加凍飲總共82蚊,82蚊去譚仔食兩碗米線都無咁嬲。第四,員工服務態度惡劣,同行朋友叫左個麵餐,理應係凍飲加3蚊就可以,但計左22蚊,如果無對單可能就會比呢間店呃左啲錢。同收銀既人講話打錯單計錯錢,收銀啊姐就系哂臉咁話唔關佢事問其他伙記,完全唔想幫你解決問題既態度。本身無諗住寫呢間餐廳,但比員工態度激嬲左,附圖係見佢咁既態度怕佢唔認數唔肯計番啱快快手影低餐點既證據,好彩最後有其他員工打番啱張單。總結去呢間餐廳係貼錢買難受,唔明點解咁多人仲特登排隊去食,大家真係諗清楚先,連試都無必要。 continue reading

朝早去太子做嘢順便搵吓附近有咩茶記早餐好食見太子都幾多茶餐廳上次試完紅茶又見金華都幾多好評但點知見到最近嘅食評都話服務味道都唔好不過都諗住試一試啦去到又覺得唔算咁差喎姐姐服務OK 同埋$38一份早餐今日嚟講都算平有腸有火腿有煎蛋再加一碗麵原來唔要腸&火腿,佢就會自動換多隻煎蛋俾你覺得如果唔鍾意食吐司嘅人嚟講呢份早餐都不錯點咗一份早餐$38同埋加多個菠蘿油$13因為見大家話佢個菠蘿油好出名但如果我淨係食個菠蘿油又唔夠飽😂😂 咁即管試埋啦🤣份早餐整體正正常常啦最驚喜位係啲叉燒幾厚 同埋都幾多塊🤣🤣對於喜歡叉燒嘅人都會開心 叉燒唔係勁瘦又唔係勁肥個菠蘿油呢個人就覺得個包底唔多新鮮熱就唔係熱㗎啦 但份量取勝 唔係空氣包 最好食嘅位係因為佢個菠蘿皮較厚夠脆同埋阿姐好識擺塊牛油擺到好出😂自製菠蘿油煎蛋包最開心見到啲蛋黃汁流晒出嚟正🤤到此一遊 完🫶🏻 continue reading
