久聞大名,香港no.1得獎菠蘿油,點知食咗2次都唔太改變到我都佢嘅印象。先講環境,第一次食嗰陣6點冇晚市,我同友人5點鐘先去,左邊鋪冇位,要坐右邊舊鋪,自己感覺右邊鋪d伙記忙好多,又唔得閒理你,執怡都好求其,上手嘅食物殘骸仲未抹乾淨就要我地坐低食,我忍!諗住茶記都係咁加上趕收工。我分別嗌咗菠蘿油、蛋撻同熱奶茶。提提大家有最低消費,唔能夠只嗌一個包。菠蘿油出名係出名,但一攞上手,唔熱嘅?甚至稱唔上暖,只係唔係凍,個牛油就凍嘅,中規中矩啦,個菠蘿皮都脆嘅,味道都唔錯,整體個包都好綿密好軟熟,只係略厭佢個温度真係唔夠。之後飲奶茶都覺得只係正常茶記水平。蛋撻就真係望住佢新鮮出爐上比我地,不過就等足半個鐘先有,個人一般般酥皮蛋撻,所以唔太識評價,不過就真係熱辣辣,相比個菠蘿包有誠意好大。上星期想比多次機會個菠蘿包,所以3點到再去,今次入咗左邊間鋪,啲伙記有禮物啲,環境又坐得舒服少少,不過菠蘿包依然係唔熱。整體值得試嘅,不過係咪香港第一,我覺得應該係過譽。 continue reading

下午茶時間,蛋撻加菠蘿油。冰廳內飲啖茶食個包,不過唔係新鮮出爐就差啲⋯菠蘿包體幾軟熟但熱食應該會再正啲,而牛油部分都較細塊同薄亦因包無熱力所以無半溶嘅口感。酥皮蛋撻蛋漿幾滑但酥皮唔太食得出有層次,比較薄亦唔算脆。第一次飲細路鴛鴦,即好立克溝阿華田,味道沒甚麼驚喜,只是想一嚐而已。朋友就點了奶茶。平日都好多人客,但環境似普通茶餐廳多過懷舊冰廳。一定要點飲品而且食物唔熱,應該不會再去堂食,下次會外賣。PS相比依間我更愛另一間係位於新蒲崗嘅菠蘿油。 continue reading
