位於旺角西洋菜南街107號地下的華星冰室,主打茶餐廳,茶餐廳的裝修十分有特色,吸引不少遊客來吃飯。冰室的位置位於旺角,地理位置方便。。和其他茶餐廳一樣,餐牌都是夾在桌面上,而且中英對照,清楚易明。晚上六時至十時半提供九款碟頭飯,可以半價點一客飲品。碟頭飯份量十足,身型高大的男士也夠吃,女士們也可以分享吃。落單後約十分鐘,食物便來到,新鮮熱辣。首先來到的是蔥油雞脾紅腸飯,雞脾的尺寸夠大,啖啖肉,很夠送飯,香口而不膩,可見炸雞脾時的油溫控制得宜。蔥油醬的味道也相當不錯,當中加了不少蒜粒,令整體味道更豐富。旁邊還有粟米粒和紅腸作伴菜。茶餐廳由男士主理,食物份量相對地較為多,但整體上環境也頗為乾淨衛生。。另一款為滑蛋叉燒飯,叉燒片長長得一條,主要是瘦叉燒,味道微甜,份量充足。滑蛋汁口感滑溜,味道鹹鹹香香,而且還加了少許韮黃和香蔥吊味。當日天氣炎熱,點了兩杯冷飲作跟餐飲品,飲品夠大杯,口感冰爽。凍檸茶味道頗佳,茶底出色,味道回甘。阿華田味道濃郁,加了少許淡奶令口感更幼滑。 continue reading

香港有咁多間冰室冰廳, 多數都唔記得邊間打邊間! 今次到旺角的華星冰室,之前向九龍灣都食過, 餐廳選擇嘅種類唔係好多, 來來去去都係常餐或者碟頭飯, 今次試下西式的老外套餐$48( 煙肉+炒蛋+粟米+茄汁豆+多士+薯餅+茶走), 然後又點少得常餐$47(叉燒通粉+ 火腿炒蛋+ 牛油多士+ 凍啡少甜$3)。老外套餐~其實同all day breakfast 差唔多,有煙肉+炒蛋+粟米+茄汁豆+多士+薯餅, 煙肉係幾好食,因為唔太肥膩, 淋淋哋唔會太硬身, 仲有牛油多士烘得夠香。常餐~叉燒通粉+ 火腿炒蛋+ 牛油多士, 叉燒大約有五塊, 湯底唔夠燶, 其他嗰方面普通。凍咖啡~ 味道沒有特別, 咖啡味不算濃郁。茶走~ 茶味帶苦澀,不太好飲。 continue reading

I had the scrambled eggs on toast, with a tiny bit of black truffle, like suggested after doing some research about a great place to have a local breakfast, and I was not dissapointed. It was as it says, nothing fancier, but very well done.The place feels very local (which is great), but as a tourist I felt just as welcome.I would definitely return if I come back to Hong Kong. continue reading

老公帶我食好西,佢話呢度出名,平日日頭經過都係排長龍啊!晚餐反而唔使排隊,即刻有位。老公推介意粉,我就想食通粉,order常餐义燒意粉改通粉,唔知點解侍應問係咪要炒蛋,我又順應佢改炒蛋,有點後悔。總的來講,通粉質地唔錯,之但係湯底唔掂,有d杰,似乎粉漿過多,通粉煮過龍。炒蛋反而有驚喜,唔太生又夠味,配厚多士,即刻加番分。 continue reading

今次有朋友係外國返嚟,於是特登帶佢去朝聖食—— 華星冰室☕️🍜🍞但今次有啲失望,我哋每人叫左個常餐,有叉燒意粉 多士同埋炒蛋🍝🍞🥚首先,叉燒意粉個湯底冇之前咁濃咁creamy🥺🥺🥺雖然叉燒都係薄切,但係感覺上比之前少😭😭😭😭而且意粉比較軟身,咬落去唔夠彈牙!然後,再嚟炒蛋比較稀,但勝在頗滑🤘🏻呢間冰室大部份時間都好多人,好多時候都要搭枱。如果要同朋友Catch up坐低傾計嘅話,就真係唔建議🥴 continue reading
