Don’t be misled by its name. The Seafood Tower Night menu actually features both seafood and meat, and more importantly, free-flow beverages including wines, cocktails and mocktails. At just $398 per person, I got to satisfy my cravings for the best ingredients from the sea and the land, what more could I ask for?

First came the bread sticks and butter, followed by the Seafood Tower with caviar. The ‘tower’ consists of salmon, tuna, shrimp sashimi, as well as scallops, abalones etc. All of them were really fresh and the portion was big enough for 2 people to share.

The caviar was served together with some bread and sauces on another plate. Honestly I was surprised by the amount of caviar given! Pretty sure it was more than the 10gr stated on the menu and it tasted SO GOOD, especially when eaten together with the bread.

For appetiser, I went for the caesar salad with smoked salmon. The portion was reasonable with a couple pieces of salmon on top. Would be even nicer if there was more cheese

Before the mains came, we had our first glasses of beverages- sparkling wine for myself and a strawberry martini for my friend. Bet all you alcoholics out there could understand my excitement when the wine was being poured into the glass! Haha I made the best out of the free flow beverages offer and had had 5 glasses of sparkling wine at the end of the meal.

Following the seafood tower and salads, we had steaks as our mains. We ordered medium rare and the steak came exactly how we wanted it to be- so tender and juicy. Not over- or undercooked so there wasn’t any chewy parts but still some blood coming out while we cut it. Simply outstanding. I really like the butter potato on the side too.

For desserts, we each had a chocolate-coated cake. The salted caramel cake I had was probably one of the BEST ones I have ever had. So rich in flavour yet not overly sweet for my liking. Would totally revisit just for this amazing dessert!!

As a whole, the quality of the food here is of a very high standard, from starters to the desserts. Also, the Seafood Tower Night menu is of very good value. Just at $398 per head, you’re guaranteed a great meal featuring both amazing dishes made with ingredients from the sea and the land, saving the troubles of choosing between the two of them. Would definitely recommend Green to my friends and family!
