Despite it was Halloween, Green decided to go with a seafood theme afternoon tea which was a great idea.Besides the afternoon tea itself, you can have unlimited soft serve which was great when you are waiting for your set to be served. Besides, the complimentary champagne, the set also includes coffee/tea. After we are starting our second scone, the lobster salad and bisque came. This set was really more like a set supper than an afternoon tea(a compliment). I admit their timing between the salad/bisque with the tea set later would have been perfect had we not been busy taking photos.

For the desserts, I preferred the sour cream baked cheese cake, being rich yet slightly tarty at the same time. The white wine strawberry jelly came to a close second. However, before you enjoy these 2 desserts, please have the lemon tart first. I enjoyed this dessert a lot but my friend, who prefers sweeter desserts, found it a bit too sour for her taste after she had the lemon tart last.

整體食物質素中規中矩, 大概係外面西餐廳二、三百蚊嘅質素,剩返嘅二百幾蚊就係俾酒店環境、服務、最重嘅係free flow , 所以我覺得$558 係值得嘅,環境空間感十足,枱與枱之間距離足夠,服務態度好,係人手不足,個個都好忙,另外係生日蛋糕果part 有少少甩漏,但都盡力補救,我自己會俾合格有餘👌🏻 再加上free flow 冇時間限制,七點開始食,大把時間傾下飲下🥂(當然都要遵守晚市到十點),如果你都搵緊地方同朋友慶祝或者食飯飲嘢傾偈,GREEN 可能係一個好選擇

我向來很喜歡吃酒店的泡芙,這次的泡芙加入芒果芝士夾心

小巧可愛,外層的檸檬慕絲好滑,帶清新的檸檬香味,夾心是榛子,甜而不膩,正。

而茶就由另一品牌 WG 主理,當中有英式早餐茶
、皇家大吉嶺、高級茉莉花茶、銀月綠茶、盛夏緋紅茶、花果山茗茶、伯爵茶、洋甘菊茶、波本香草紅茶、摩洛哥薄荷綠茶、蜜糖法蘭西茶以及煎茶。

單是咖啡及茶已經近20款。

自己很喜歡佛手柑的幽香,當然是點了Earl Grey,而太太就是花果山茗茶,輕盈的甜香,用來配甜點效果不錯。

最後服務同環境,服務態度好,始終係酒店嘅級數,舒服周到。環境闊落,每枱座位之間有一定長距離,唔嘈,坐得舒服,係可以好好relax飲下茶食件餅傾下計嘅地方,落地大玻璃又超高樓底可以望到一大片藍天白雲,配室內自然植物牆,就算置身室內都不會感局促壓逼,令心情舒暢愉悅👍。

首先上的麵包和牛油,一個係香草麵包,好軟熟,加左牛油,好正,而個竹炭麵包,原來入面有cheese 嘅,幾特別👍🏻至於前菜,大部份人都揀煙三文魚伴蟹肉,呢個選擇的確唔錯,因為三片大大嘅煙三文魚,配菜同蟹肉一齊,用三文魚捲着一齊食,有唔同嘅口感,味道亦有層次,又大份又抵食,分量比正常頭盤大少少,感覺好正。牛面頰入口即溶,但自己就唔係咁鍾意食紅蘿蔔西芹🤣🤣,入面仲配有薯蓉,好味嘅。如果燒魚都幾crispy, 亦係配薯蓉嘅,味道都唔錯架!另外亦叫咗個藜麥沙律拼盤配有茄子茸、雞豆茸同炸雞球球,呢個餐就比較特別,有啲地中海feel,感覺唔錯,但係個炸雞豆球,有少少鞋鞋地,感覺奇怪🤣至於甜品方面,每個餐可以出去揀一件蛋糕,成件事最開心就係有得自己出去揀,呢度加晒分,佢每件蛋糕都做得好精緻,好靚,不過啲蛋糕就偏甜,食一件真係夠啦!呢個餐最好係有兩杯嘢飲,第一杯可以包紅白酒or氣泡酒/汽水果汁,果汁仲有西瓜汁揀!第二杯就包正常咖啡茶,所以成件事開心咗❤️❤️
