Best Banh Mi on HLk Island!

We loooove banh mi and this is definitely the best one on HK Island. When we go to Vietnam we will literally buy a banh mi from every stall/shop we see. We have been known to eaten 8 in a day. Saigon Etoile is the best we’ve had on HK Island. We’ve tried Co Thanh in PP, Soho Banh Mi, Banh Mi Kitchen, Le Petite Saigon and this is the best one!The baguette is crusty and shatters when you squish it. The flavor is well balanced. I prefer a ratio of 1:2 for bread and filling and this banh Mi is not

Saigon Etoile is the best we’ve had on HK Island. We’ve tried Co Thanh in PP, Soho Banh Mi, Banh Mi Kitchen, Le Petite Saigon and this is the best one!

The baguette is crusty and shatters when you squish it. The flavor is well balanced. I prefer a ratio of 1:2 for bread and filling and this banh Mi is not quite there yet but everything else is just perfect and a fraction of cost of the other shops.

Definitely coming back.
