To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

服務好好，收碟快速，服務員亦都好有禮貌。lunch buffet 有生蠔，即開即洗，每人每次可以拎3隻，凍海鮮有螺，青口，蝦，龍蝦鉗，設有刺身同即扼壽司。熱食方面，質素亦都可以，款式唔算多。雪糕係movenpick，甜品當日有榴槤泡芙同榴槤拿破崙，飲品亦有汽水，咖啡機，果汁等任飲。上官網訂位lunch buffet，成日連加一都係$313蚊，所以閒日都幾爆場美中不足，個日場內有幾隻烏蠅，拎完甜品未食已經比烏蠅食左先。
