To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

轉了工去尖沙咀後，經常有機會享用高質晚餐，好似今晚這間餐廳，可能是星期一的關係，大既有大半滿座，環境唔會太嘈，可以慢慢坐低飲下酒傾下計。Red Freeze是紅莓溝伏特加，外觀吸引，有點似沙冰，比較甜，但酒味較淡，似mocktail多過cocktail。海膽多士多士焗得鬆脆，海膽份量十足，既鮮甜又甘香，多士吸收了海膽的鮮甜味，減輕海膽的膩感。紅蝦意粉意粉有很香的蝦汁味道，紅蝦煎至半生熟，蝦肉鮮甜有蝦膏，外層肉軟結實，裏面因半熟關係，所以較腍身，意粉爽口彈牙，還有些番茄及露筍做配菜，另外還有蒜片香味，炒得爽口。整體味道不俗，價錢中上，食物外觀吸引。
