To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今年老公生日,專程試試這家高級又有格調的西餐。粉藍色tiffany blue 牆身,加上黑框玻璃做間隔,高貴得來帶點清新感。洗手間亦十分新淨,座位舒適。紅酒白酒雖然我不太懂飲酒,但都飲得出這支酒是好品牌,易入口一點也不澀。餐包配牛油麵包外皮很薄脆,內裏軟綿有口感,淡淡的配上香滑牛油,為大餐打底一流!Welcome drinks除咗白酒紅酒,仲有welcome drinks。配上美艷的花瓣,可以盡情打卡,不是很高濃度的梳打酒,很適合喝酒的朋友。Melted French Raciette Cheese with Mesclun Salad熱溶法國流心芝士沙律正是這個芝士熔岩已經很有噱頭,份量十足。第一次吃沙律芝士是流心的,而不同種類的火腿,蘆筍和蕃茄亦是預先煎香了,所以整個沙律暖烘烘的,女孩子應該會很喜歡。 芝士非常多,趁熱吃拉絲嘅感覺非常治癒,可以捲起脆脆薯角和蔬菜一起吃,非常開胃!新鮮生蠔兩隻生蠔雖然不是很大隻,但係非常新鮮,滑嫩,處理得非常好。Roasted French Yellow Chickenwitn Truite Seasoning CLimited黑松露烤焗法國黃雞擺盤很可愛,店員會給你拍照後再切件上碟。雞皮燒得很有水準,很薄脆又少脂肪可啦,加上黑松露粉,可用薯片來形容它的口感。雞肉很滑,多肉汁。焦糖朱古力撻甜品非常有心思,見到幾個層次。最面有焦糖味慕絲,焦糖味嘅甘甘甜甜,慕絲很滑入口即溶得似是雪糕,液態狀嘅焦糖醬上然後唧了幾圓朱古力花,很純很好濃朱古力味。下一層就是更濃味的焦糖忌廉底,加上脆脆的餅底,是非常幸福的味蕾感受!雖然是一個非常邪惡的甜品,但整體不過甜,兩個人分來吃剛剛好。十分推介大家來慢活享受吃一餐 continue reading

與友人慶生,選址金巴利道的Lab Eat。對上一次來已經是4-5年前,當時的lab eat裝潢風格是傳統黑漆漆、要點燭光的西餐。久別重逢換上了全新風格——以彩藍色配上黑白,以少量木飾點綴,新形象年輕又清新。我們order了二人dinner set,店員送上welcome drink,很驚喜。小小一杯對酒量淺的我們而言已足夠一整餐的酒精量。餐包外脆內軟,入口溫熱鬆化,擺盤精緻用心。法國生蠔配上魚子醬,十分精緻,口感爽口。傳統手工薄切澳洲和牛生牛肉片薄切的生牛肉片要伴以黑椒、火箭菜及芝士同吃,非常惹味。火烤北海道帆立貝半熟帆立貝口感軟綿,味道鮮味,以芝士和白松露油調味,奶香十足!日本黑毛茸菇湯很creamy,黑毛茸菇香氣濃郁,每口都是精華。西班牙紅蝦海膽意大利麵傳說中的「紅魔蝦」,享有世界上最好吃的大蝦美譽,紅蝦鮮甜爽彈無比,以蝦膏一戰實在整晚難忘。澳洲M5 和牛西冷肉質相當鮮嫩,牛肉味濃郁,灑上適量海鹽,便可品嚐到牛扒的甘香甜美。伯爵茶朱古力榛子脆清香伯爵茶配上朱古力榛子脆,味道香濃而不過甜。 continue reading
