同朋友一齊慶祝大家既生日,想食lab eat好耐,講都講咗幾年,但係唔知點解中間成日都冇機會去食,終於有機會試吓喇!餓到爆,一坐低就有個熱辣辣脆卜卜餐包,感覺唔錯!問職員拎兩杯暖水,佢話佢地無暖水,熱水得唔得,最後兩杯熱水泥到,係暖既叫左一支德國藍樽Riesling,好飲!餐廳開一支都只係300幾蚊,好抵!美中不足係職員倒超過半隻杯份量既酒比我地,飲到仲有三份一份量時,已經再加酒飲到尾已經唔凍,平時去開既餐廳飲要chill住既酒大概都係倒五分之一,一次過倒咁多份量,還真是第一次見叫左一份三隻既生蠔,我地話想試下,點知一上枱係六隻算!反正都開左,都無謂話佢朋友覺得好食,但中意食濃味creamy既我就感覺還好,很新鮮但居然無切帶子位?我地要拎住支叉界好多下先甩到個帶子位,吃得很狼狽,不像高級餐廳的做法海膽蒜蓉多士只有圖在menu上,沒有介紹價錢同名字,唔知真係以為 ‘圖片僅供參考’好在問一問姐,一客一件,我地叫咗兩件海膽好肥美,好香甜但係配上蒜蓉包做個底,好似將兩樣完全唔啱嘅嘢擺埋一齊,蒜蓉包好食,海膽好味,但係兩樣嘢完全唔夾啊,感覺有少少奇怪法式黑松露香草牛油焗田螺好搞笑佢地咁中意咩都有多士放底,咁既食法都係第一次,不過感覺又係有點唔夾,最終都係田螺還田螺食,多士還多士食香煎鴨肝配芒果紅莓汁燴蘋果鴨肝煎得好香,外脆內軟,配上醒胃既紅莓汁同香甜可口既芒果汁,食幾多都唔會腻!炭燒西班牙黑毛豬配蜜糖芥末汁幾香口,不過不失炭燒紐西蘭羊鞍配香草蒜蓉汁Medium ware既羊鞍,感覺可以再生少少更好味!如果有蜜糖芥末醬會更完美!Lab eat液態氮甜品拼盤要提前預訂的甜品,店員會倒內入去令氮氣飄岀,好靚,淨係賣相都已經抵反哂! continue reading

如果去實驗室只有進行實驗,這裡見係品嘗美食嘅好地方,雖然這裡位置又唔算係大街大行,但勝在餐廳質素同環境唔錯,夠晒氣氛情調!都係有訂枱就較好,因同朋友興祝生日,之前已提前訂枱,在點上可以預先寫上祝福字句!頭盤先點了蕃茄布拉塔芝士沙律配西班牙火腿$168,朋友超喜歡個蕃茄沙律,布拉塔芝士夠晒香滑軟熟,蕃茄新鮮多汁,夠晒fresh!而下面還有片西班牙火腿,入口都十分好味!而主食就點了個香煎西班牙紅蝦配龍蝦汁手打意大利粉$278,賣相精緻,一大隻嘅紅蝦頭放在中間,而超級彈牙爽口鮮味嘅蝦肉伴住個蝦頭,而手打意粉十分有口感,加埋啲龍蝦汁煮得好入味香濃,朋友當然滿意,最後個甜品Lab Eat 液態氮甜品拼盤$298,因之前訂了,個效果賣相都係超正!店員先到入以液態氮處理嘅雪糕在個朱古力球內再敲碎,香濃朱古力味配埋啲冰凍嘅雪糕,再加埋上面本身還有兩個香滑雪糕球,同埋兩件蛋糕,今晚真係十分滿足,呢個甜品拍照同入口都係一百分之選!朋友當然不停拍照多過食入口,我就非常欣賞佢嘅配搭,所以下次到這裡記住先訂枱之餘,要追加埋呢個甜品! continue reading

食過旺角分店覺得唔錯,上openrice睇下原來尖咀好評更多,梗係要嚟試下~黑松露野菌忌廉湯 - 濃郁菇菌味道龍蝦湯 - 亦十分濃郁,有粒粒蝦肉,飲完食欲大振瑞士傳統熱溶芝士配新薯及火腿 - 一大舊芝士熱溶之後喺面前撥上去啲沙律菜呀薯仔呀火腿呀咁夠晒live,芝士唔咸入口味道啱啱好,薯仔夠鮮嫩海膽蒜容多士 - 好大粒嘅海膽,小葱粒更帶出海膽嘅鮮味。雖然蒜蓉多士嘅蒜蓉味唔算太濃,但都稍稍搶咗啲海膽味......香煎鱸魚配香茅忌廉汁 - 超厚身嘅魚扒,皮脆肉結實,難道係野生鱸魚?忌廉淡淡嘅味道唔會搶走魚味,討好炭燒西班牙黑毛豬配蜜糖芥末汁 - 猪肉唔熟透帶紅係令人有啲卻步,但上次喺旺角店抱住祟洋心態照食之後冇肚痛,今次再encore, 依然猪味濃而不羶,nice~自家制比利時73%黑朱古力心太軟配意大利雪糕 - 幾好味,朱古力味濃,但唔算特別格雷伯爵茶意大利雪糕伴天然蜂巢 - 好有茶味嘅雪糕,天然蜂巢好清甜,好食到唔停得口~後記 - 感覺尖咀店食材食味些微優於旺角店,惟環境唔夠旺角店開揚地點亦唔太就腳。 continue reading

於煩鬧的尖沙咀想搵一間靜靜地,啲位又唔太迫,又有啲情調,價錢又唔太價,食物質數又有咁上下嘅餐廳選擇着實不多。見到OPENRICE訂枱有75折, 相對變得抵食啲,就同老婆嚟試下。海膽多士法包香脆帶點熱度,大大片加拿大海膽甜度與法包好匹配,兩者平衡做得幾好,底墊的火箭菜是神來之筆,食完鹹與甜的東西再吃清爽又帶點苦澀的東西,將此菜色的整體食味昇華,好吃。安格斯肉眼牛扒就係肉靚就會好食,煎得剛好Medium,可以想像得到的美味,另外墊底的甜番薯都好食嘅~食咗會胞肚啲。卡邦尼意粉要煮出一碟美味的Carbonara,要留意很多細微的地方,芝士味濃, 意粉煮至Al Dente口感,再配蛋黃的蛋香就完成一碟美味的Carbonara。整體菜色美味,但價錢略為貴,如加上OPENRICE訂座優惠就相對合理。 continue reading

與友人慶祝生日 有八五折優惠 如果只係網上訂座就八八折。都知依間餐廳係比較貴但食物應該都有質素。地點位於街尾角落差啲miss左。店員都好友善我地無叫野飲都會幫我地加水。食物方面好推介大蝦手工意粉!真係好驚喜 意粉煙韌得黎又好有彈性 好有飽肚感。黑毛豬又係唔錯,軟熟度啱啱好。田螺多士都好食但唔太特別。提早一日預定左signature desert貴但好值得!店員會叫我地準備拍片同幫我地影相,個甜品而且唔係得個樣,食落都好好食,唔會得個甜字,朱古力波入面既椰子雪糕更係正,會愈食愈想食同唔會覺得濟 continue reading
