甜品非常有心思,見到幾個層次。最面有焦糖味慕絲,焦糖味嘅甘甘甜甜,慕絲很滑入口即溶得似是雪糕,液態狀嘅焦糖醬上然後唧了幾圓朱古力花,很純很好濃朱古力味。下一層就是更濃味的焦糖忌廉底,加上脆脆的餅底,是非常幸福的味蕾感受!

雖然是一個非常邪惡的甜品,但整體不過甜,兩個人分來吃剛剛好。

還境舒服,食材高質,非常感覺到㕑師對食物的高度要求,及烹調的誠意,是晚的每個菜式都要echo 👍 其中,最喜歡的是帶子温泉旦配有青檸汁的starter, 口感非常清新,是意外的驚喜🥳 平時不吃生的,都很喜歡😂 牛小排和黃油雞,亦是不可錯過的,肉質鮮嫩😋,味道恰到好處,配合的汁漿亦非常講夠。到最後的甜品併盆,更是廚師的精心製作,好似一盆藝術品一樣,好靚啊,味道多樣化,不大甜,滿全了一頓美味的晚餐,非常感謝☺️

生曰正日但過完年食濟左🥲腸胃有少少唔舒服但都想慶祝一下生日,就搵左呢間位於尖沙咀嘅西餐廳,上網睇到評價唔錯,但位置有少少難搵,係一個暗角位,跟住Google map都行左一段時間先搵到🙈因為無乜胃口,所以唔敢叫太多野,餐廳送嘅麵包好好食,連麵包擺盤都超有心機。頭盤叫左鵪鶉髀,第一次見到呢道菜式,上菜見到實物超可愛,肉質鮮嫩又夠特別,值得推介!主菜係卡邦尼扁意粉,醬汁夠濃,意粉又好入味,無胃口都食得哂!最後甜品請餐廳寫字,寫得好靚阿♥️希望下次健健康康咁去食多次,試多啲唔同菜式~
