To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

夏日炎炎，熱到個人都冇哂胃口，有乜好過食泰菜醒醒佢，食泰菜就梗係小曼谷啦！“冬蔭鮮蝦雲吞湯”，冬蔭公就成日飲，呢次試吓呢個雲吞，大大粒又彈牙，估唔到好話好多雲吞麵店，湯又夠醒胃，唔錯！“泰式醃粉絲肉碎沙律”，再嚟呢個太座好掛住嘅沙律，食完即刻開胃哂！“黃咖哩牛腩”，嚟咁多次第一次食黃咖哩，點埋蒜蓉包就真係一流，牛腩又夠腍身，食咗冇黐牙！“泰式飛天通菜”，今次唔食馬拉盞食飛天炒，一食就諗返起芭堤亞街邊食嘅時光，希望疫情快點消失，可以飛過去睇通菜飛天！“泰式炸芝士蝦丸”，大大粒蝦丸，外面香脆，裡面流心芝士，每次必食！“小曼谷炒飯”，蛋包飯，飯炒得粒粒乾身，估唔到炒得咁好！“芒果沙冰”，另外一樣每次必點，外面真係飲唔到咁好味！
