To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一向好中意食泰菜,而食泰菜第一時間就諗起九龍城嘅小曼谷海鮮燒烤屋。 我同朋友2個人見個menu樣樣都好想食,最後點左:泰式雞絲海蜇沙律,酸酸辣辣, 非常開胃,海蜇、雞絲和青木瓜好夾。 好多海蜇,食得好滿足。泰式鹹魚炒椰菜苗,爽脆,鹹度同火喉都剛好。感覺上小椰菜苗好高纖維,食泰菜必叫,真係健康又好食。泰式鐵板蠔餅, 上台時熱辣辣, 「咋咋」聲, 正!蠔仔好新鮮,鬆化雞蛋配合鮮蠔,啖啖都係享受!小曼谷炒飯,有蛋包著啲飯, 上枱即蛋香撲鼻。一切開個飯,哇, 好足料, 有蟹柳、札肉、豬頸肉、蝦, 好正!椰皇沙冰好香椰奶味,椰青好新鮮又大隻。 菜式選擇多,味道又有水準,而且份量足,食到我哋漲住肚走。 continue reading
