久唔久就想去九龍城食泰國嘢,今次朋友都係揀咗小曼谷,佢實在太多款式而且價錢合理食物好食。泰式拼盤(S) $178每次嚟都必點,拼盤有齊四款,我實在太鍾意食蝦餅、魚餅、雞棗、春卷,沾上泰式酸辣醬,實在太好食。曼谷夜市火山骨$38餐廳星期一至五做緊唔同優惠,我哋星期三係呢個火山排骨,優惠價錢勁抵,都幾大碟有成四五條大排骨,肉都幾多,煮得肉質鬆化,配埋個惹味醬汁好正,唔會好辣好醒胃。泰式鐵板蠔餅 $138蠔餅用鐵板上熱辣辣,勁多蠔仔,粒粒飽滿脹卜卜肥美,蠔餅充滿蛋香,仲有大量爽脆芽菜,沾上辣醬更加惹味。極上安格斯牛柳粒沙嗲串燒 $55安格斯牛柳粒大大粒,口感好好,肉質鬆軟,沾上特調醬汁味道一流。鐵板豬頸肉啫通菜(馬拉盞)$118我好鍾意馬拉盞嘅香味,仲要用鐵板上,夠晒鑊氣,通菜爽脆,配上惹味豬頸肉好香。泰式干炒豬肉片河 $98呢個炒河就不過不失,正常發揮,唔算好油,材料都份量足。蝦膏豬肉碎炒飯 $98呢個飯都係正常,材料有蛋同埋一啲泰式臘腸,蝦膏味道如果再濃一啲會更加惹味。 continue reading

去完泰國旅行一個月,好掛住泰國嘅味道。 今日同家人去九龍城食泰菜回味一下。我地叫咗好多嘢食,好豐富。蝦膏肉碎炒飯$98炒得好有鑊氣,蝦膏香氣撲鼻,炒飯粒粒分明,肉碎炒得好香口,超惹味。干炒泰式肉片河$98又是另一鑊氣之作,河粉口感好好,不會炒到碎晒。小食拼盤(小)$178炸蝦餅,炸魚餅,春卷同雞棗,樣樣齊,全部炸得金黃香脆可口,暫時放棄減肥。曼谷夜市火山排骨$38呢個係餐廳優惠,每日都有唔同嘅特價菜式,星期三就有呢個。真係同曼谷嘅夜市火山排骨一模一樣,無論賣相同味道都係,就好似去咗曼谷夜市度食,肉質唔韌,汁醬微酸帶辣。極上安格斯牛柳粒(4粒)$55燒得香口,牛柳粒嫩滑,牛味香。鐵板豬頸肉啫通菜$118呢個好有鑊氣同惹味,豬頸肉香口爽滑,通菜爽口。泰式蠔餅$138第一次食泰式蠔餅,原來好足料,好多肥大蠔仔,好鮮甜,蠔餅煎得充滿蛋香,而且好多芽菜,唔會太油膩,不錯。 continue reading
