Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九龍城,絕對可算一個小小既美食天堂,全因為呢個地方有各國美食,每次黎到都總會找到驚喜,而喺呢個地方可以令我「回頭」最多次既,都可算係小曼谷啦。泰國菜,可算係九龍城既重點推介,2隻手,10隻手指都數唔哂,而小曼谷既食物就最能夠保持水準,所以基本上我每次諗唔到食乜好既時候,就會過黎。雖然係平日,但係都座無虛席,非常好生意。餐廳加入佐電子落單程式,只要掃一掃qr code,就可以睇哂成個menu,再直接落單,最岩一大班人黎食既時候可以一齊睇,一齊點。除佐電子餐牌,餐廳都仍然會提供實體餐牌,咁就算唔習慣用手機落單既朋友都一樣可以照顧到。頂級安格斯牛柳粒串 (4粒) $48串燒墨魚咀 $28牛舌 (4片) $28燒翠玉瓜 $16串燒既選擇夠哂多,因為人唔多,我自己就只係點佐4款,但係每一款都燒得好出色。即叫即燒,上枱既時候會配埋沙嗲醬,唔算係好辣,濃度岩岩好。安格斯牛柳粒最有驚喜,表面燒得焦香,但係裡面就保有juicy口感,勁有肉汁勁有口感,而佢配埋既蕃茄仔又可以中和一下牛肉既膩感,好match。海鮮孖寶 $228泰式燒盲鰽 + 燒脆皮白鱔 餐廳有多款孖寶可選,個人認為係必點之選,因為真係好抵。盲鰽魚勁大條,同樣係即叫即燒,連d魚片都係香脆既。肉質燒到岩岩好,食落可以大口大口咁食,因為真係大條,唔駛慳住就住咁食,好暢懷。而佢會配上泰成酸辣汁,同條魚好襯,食落更開胃。而燒白鱔就會有2大條,燒得同樣出色。個皮係脆既,而肉質食落就勁爽口彈牙,話佢係我食過最好食燒白鱔都不以為過,最重要既係,個set真心抵食。油飯 $20油飯勁大碗,用黎送魚食真係一流。芒果沙冰 $36芒果沙冰基本上都係我每次必點既,飲落超濃芒果味又唔會有嗰份濃濃糖漿既假甜味,而且沙冰打到好溶,大大杯,正。 continue reading

朋友約我喺九龍城食飯,話要帶我去食美味嘅泰國菜🇹🇭,見朋友咁有誠意😆,咁我就一於奉陪啦😋叫咗$228嘅「海鮮孖寶A➕B套餐」,揀咗「牛油蒜蓉燒大蟶子(三隻)」➕「鹽燒鮑魚(兩隻)」,$72嘅「泰式炒雜菜」,同埋 $78嘅「小曼谷炒米粉」😋- 「牛油蒜蓉燒大蟶子」:蟶子新鮮,肉質爽脆,有濃郁嘅牛油同蒜頭香味,仲加咗炸到脆卜卜嘅魚乾仔喺上邊,食落非常香口惹味😋-「鹽燒鮑魚」:鮑魚大大隻脹卜卜😆,肉質結實得嚟幾軟熟,好味😋-「泰式炒雜菜」:主要有椰菜、西蘭花🥦、芥蘭、紅蘿蔔🥕,全部都新鮮,呢個菜簡單味美😋-「小曼谷🇹🇭炒米粉」:呢個似係唔辣嘅「星洲炒米」😆,不過材料就比一般「星米」多好多,食到有:蝦仁🍤、魚片、鹹肉、蟹柳、雞蛋🥚、生菜🥬等,材料算係幾豐富😋 continue reading

一向好中意食泰菜,而食泰菜第一時間就諗起九龍城嘅小曼谷海鮮燒烤屋。 我同朋友2個人見個menu樣樣都好想食,最後點左:泰式雞絲海蜇沙律,酸酸辣辣, 非常開胃,海蜇、雞絲和青木瓜好夾。 好多海蜇,食得好滿足。泰式鹹魚炒椰菜苗,爽脆,鹹度同火喉都剛好。感覺上小椰菜苗好高纖維,食泰菜必叫,真係健康又好食。泰式鐵板蠔餅, 上台時熱辣辣, 「咋咋」聲, 正!蠔仔好新鮮,鬆化雞蛋配合鮮蠔,啖啖都係享受!小曼谷炒飯,有蛋包著啲飯, 上枱即蛋香撲鼻。一切開個飯,哇, 好足料, 有蟹柳、札肉、豬頸肉、蝦, 好正!椰皇沙冰好香椰奶味,椰青好新鮮又大隻。 菜式選擇多,味道又有水準,而且份量足,食到我哋漲住肚走。 continue reading

九龍城很多泰國菜,而小曼谷亦相當出名,這是我第一次光顧,入門口時已見滿滿的外賣訂單,店員都比較忙碌,坐位相當擠迫。——————————————泰式雞絲海蜇沙律 $78先點了一個開胃小菜,海蜇非常爽脆😋😋 酸酸甜甜的 ,非常可口。泰式生蝦刺身 $118在其他泰國餐廳都吃過無數次,所以這個真是不過不失的生蝦😂😂豬肉碎生菜包 $82老實說看似‘’白雪雪‘’的碎肉,真的沒想到味道剛剛好,炒得乾身,少少汁,芫茜味也不重。冬蔭鮮蝦雲吞湯 $128雲吞有5粒,鮮蝦口感很爽滑,冬蔭公湯底完全不會覺得辣,鹹味適中。泰式馬拉盞炒通菜 $79份量十足,很有穫氣,正常發揮😋香葉辣椒雞肉炒河 $78這個真的見仁見智,我覺得有很重的胡椒味,味道很單一,而且河粉炒得很乾,不推薦點這道菜。牛舌串燒 4片 $28雖然是厚切,但燒得很乾身,醬汁很一般。—————————————————環境:👅👅👅食物:👅👅👅性價:👅👅👅服務:👅👅👅 continue reading
