小曼谷海鮮燒烤屋九龍城太子道西398號御太子地下1-3號舖今日專登出黎係同好朋友慶祝生日,主角講到明想食泰國菜,我地當然要搵間有質素d 架啦最後決定去最多泰國嘢食既九龍城開餐啦,睇過晒openrice既食評,呢間<小曼谷>評價較高,所以就入黎試下我地大約7點鬆D黎到,好彩朋友一早訂左位可以直接入座,估唔到而家抗疫期間都仲好full, 要排隊等位。。另外值得一讚既就係餐廳全部分晒4人一檯,檯與檯之間全部用圍板隔開,好放心,如果唔想係室內空間,仲可以坐外圍有幾張半露天既檯坐定定之後當然係揀食咩啦,呢到除左一般既泰國嘢之外,仲有好多特式燒烤,樣樣都好正好吸引,非常難揀呀呢個望到都流晒口水,好大份陣陣咖喱好香, 而且軟殼蟹炸得好香脆,最後裝住咖喱既麵包吸收晒精華,真係好正平時用馬拉盞炒菜已經覺得好好味,估唔到轉左用鐵板會更加惹味,而且椰菜苗夠晒 嫩,加上醃製過嘅豬頸肉炒,原來係咁match燒原隻魷魚唔係到到食到,好巧功夫,呢到唔會燒得太乾,咬落仲有d肉汁好有鮮味,再加上點埋餐廳提供既泰式醬汁,無得頂食泰國嘢生蝦刺身當然唔少得啦,一碟有6隻全部大大隻,咬落肉質好扎實,非常新鮮 continue reading

九龍塘有間泰國🇹🇭嘢🤩食咗幾年都仲係咁正,今次約咗舊同學又可以相聚。其中一個值得介紹嘅係想曼谷餐廳好鍾意有請一啲香港本地小歌手喺度唱歌,會唱一啲香港流行曲,今次唱歌嘅女仔仲要其實幾靚,所以大家去小曼谷餐廳其中一個期待可以係音樂同埋氣氛。椰皇沙冰($32)入到去,第一時間叫咗兩杯椰皇沙冰解渴。清涼香甜的椰汁,飲完之後特別醒神。極上安格斯牛小排($228)安格斯牛排黎到,餐廳已經預先為我地切到一塊塊,正!比想像中大塊,牛肉鬆化得黎有牛味。肉質一啲唔韌,切得好輕鬆,重好juicy!泰式燒盲鰽泰式鹽燒盲鰽,魚身飽滿外焦內滑,揭開皮後,肥美魚肉呈現眼前。 盲鰽本身多肉少骨,不油膩且肉質很鮮嫩燒白鱔超級爽脆的燒白鱔,第一口放入嘴裡,皮脆肉滑,特別惹味,有點吃鰻魚的感覺,但是外皮更加香脆。泰式飛天通菜($79)morning glory, 去泰國都會經常見到架一個菜式,大排檔室內餐廳都一定會有嘅小菜,非常有鑊氣,每一次去泰國餐廳都一定會叫嘅蔬菜。招牌海南雞($108)海南雞又係啖啖肉,送飯一流。海南雞係一般泰國餐廳都經常見到,上碟嘅海南雞肉滑、細嫩且軟。榴槤冰條($38)對上一次去泰國都見到嘅冰凍小食,香甜透心涼,榴槤味濃郁甘香。基本上係冰凍左嘅榴槤,所以可以食到一絲絲嘅榴槤肉。 continue reading

今日約咗朋友食泰國菜,要食地道嘅泰國菜,梗係去九龍城喇!大家一致贊成去一間有泰式燒烤嘅泰國餐廳試吓,所以就揀咗口碑唔錯嘅小曼谷海鮮燒烤屋。餐廳面積都算大,門外有一個吹氣大公仔向你招手,好得意。既然來到燒烤餐廳,除了一般泰國食物外,梗係要食下佢啲招牌燒烤喇!泰式鮮蝦柚子沙律柚子份量好多,好香甜,加埋爽甜嘅大蝦,上面重撒咗脆脆哋嘅椰糖和花生,非常開胃。泰式炸蝦餅外皮炸得香脆,又唔油膩,最夹係點甜酸醬吃,。燒脆皮白鱔白鱔好肥美,燒得好香脆,連白鱔皮都燒到脆卜卜, 沾附送嘅醬汁食,好好味。泰式燒牛仔骨牛仔骨好好肉,燒到啱啱好,不太熟,而且仲好有牛味。泰式鹹魚炒椰菜苖椰菜苗鮮嫩,配上鹹香的鹹魚,非常惹味。鮮芒海鮮炒飯平常食慣菠蘿炒飯,今次轉口味用芒果嚟炒飯,又幾特別喎。芒果和海鮮味道都好夾,炒飯材料豐富,有帶子、蝦,魚肉、魷魚……等,飯炒得乾身,加上肉鬆,更加好味。泰式青檸梳打食得太飽,來一杯青檸梳打,清新又解膩,好滿足。 continue reading
