公司開年飯,老細竟然帶我哋去食鐵板燒,受寵若驚第一次係香港食鐵板燒,呢度環境好靚,可以望到成個維港灣,我哋專登早收工過嚟睇埋個黃昏佢有好多款set選擇,老闆話事,揀呢款都唔平,呢set 有帆立貝,鮑魚,龍蝦,仲有和牛。回味中。。先來前菜3款,攞盆好精緻。再有兩款刺身,幾新鮮。燒左口魚加金槍魚手卷,好特別,一啖入口,入口溶化,估唔到咁夾。跟住就係燒帆立貝,睇住師傅燒,別有一番風味好厚身加埋魚子一齊食兩種口感溶合埋再配海藻湯,清甜好飲。師傅仲送咗佢哋自家製漬物,款式好特別,每樣都好好味可能因為我鍾意食漬物。主角 龍蝦,出場了,每人半隻,好大隻,肉很厚,師傅用龍蝦本身膏來炒,勁香,食完仲想再食。和牛,有厚薄選擇,我就同同事每人一半,厚身好淋配埋炸蒜蓉片一齊食一流,薄身就包住蔥花一齊食,入口溶化。最後有碗蟹肉炒飯,師傅抄緊時候已經勁香,粒粒分明,乾身,夠火候。最後來到甜品,已經好飽,呢個係焦糖多士,煎到脆卜卜,配埋海苔粉,係一款超好食甜品好滿足的一個晚上,多謝老闆帶我哋去食好西
