To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

諗落我都算忠實顧客，由開店食到宜家都成3年喇，泥左7-8次左右。仲記得第一次泥真係好味到冇得彈經常大排長龍，做唔停手，時不時唔開鋪，想食要靠運氣。每次必食1: 係就係以前好食好多，食開有感情，宜家都ok，但唯一keep到係厚度順便講下以前幾無敵，芝麻好香好脆，d蝦好新鮮彈牙，多士邊都烘到少少燶，岩岩好。醬汁同蝦多士配合得天衣無縫，份量又足，想搵個位踩下都冇每次必食2: 次次食當然唔會「嘩」一聲，而且唔覺得甘食係好邪惡多士外脆內軟，奶黃香濃，一切開果下流沙爆出泥好治癒，肥就肥啦😹凍奶茶不過不失。
