To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Introduction

港大附近有好多出名嘅餐廳 mark低左幾間今日就去左呢間周記點心 聽講佢有全港獨家嘅爆漿流沙西多 同普通西多士有D分別!仲有得飲茶 有我好鍾意嘅包點!🥞奶黃流沙西多士💰38爆漿西多士其實有好多種口味 例如係芝麻 紫薯 朱古力 不過鍾意食流沙包嘅我梗係揀左奶皇流沙 係邪惡之中更加邪惡😛 上來個陣其實扎眼望同普通西多士冇咩唔同 除左上面冇朱古力醬(都少左D罪惡感🤭)外表炸到金黃色咁 係中間切開就有奶黃流沙流出來 係流沙包嘅餡 不過係第二種甜品度出來都好正🍰懷舊千層糕💰36千層糕上面有小小鹹蛋黃嘅點綴 白黃相間咁真係千層 黃色係鹹蛋黃嘅夾層 白色就係甜滋滋嘅發糕口感 鹹甜交替唔會膩 切開都好大舊 性價比高!🫔春風得意腸💰43呢個腸粉入面料都真係幾豐富 一開始以為係單純嘅炸兩 但係脆皮入面仲有醃過嘅蝦肉 真係蝦仁咁大粒但係又鹹鹹地 腸粉皮嘅存在感反而唔係太高 整體比較酥脆 點完豉油可能會有小小鹹~🍝XO醬炒銀針粉💰45銀針粉同XO醬嘅搭配我真係未見過 但係炒得好惹味 類似避風塘嘅風味 雖然有芹菜同芽菜嘅點綴 但係主角每條銀針粉都沾上XO醬嘅味道 加埋椒鹽脆粒 唔會有一條「漏網之粉」係無味嘅 仲有XO醬炒腸粉可以試下!!🥠奶黃流沙包💰32流沙包應該點都唔會難食 雖然嗌左奶皇西多士 但係包都係必食🤣熱騰騰嘅奶皇包流開就流曬奶皇出來!我地差唔多一點去到都要等位 不過好彩唔係等左特別耐 而且野食嘅回報唔會浪費左排隊時間 建議經過hku都要試下~📌 周記點心 (西環)西環西營盤水街東利大厦地下H1號舖

星期日下午喺周記食點心,唔需要等位。周記係茶餐廳形式嘅點心店,點心都多款式。叫咗好多人推介嘅芝麻蝦多士($48),見到每枱食客都有一碟,芝麻鋪滿成個多士面,感覺似食煎堆嘅香脆感,麵包邊好脆身,中間嘅蝦蓉係厚身彈牙,好足料,每塊多士都大大件同一樣咁厚身,無令人失望~ 加埋沙律醬食會更加好食,鮮味更突出😋鮮蝦菜苗餃($32)蝦肉新鮮彈牙,蝦肉同菜嘅比例係7:3,餃子皮晶瑩剔透,唔會太厚身,口感同味道剛好。咖喱土魷每舊魷魚都好大塊,少少香辣嘅咖喱味黑松露湯餃($28)黑松露湯係雞湯滲出淡淡黑松露味,唔會好鹹好濃味,餃子皮好薄,入面餡係好包滿嘅肉肉,食完一個湯餃,會好飽。鴛鴦燒賣($32)一款係蝦燒賣,另一款係加咗黑松露喺面嘅黑松露蝦燒賣,蝦肉新鮮,蝦同豬肉比例各一半,食到豬肉嘅結實同蝦嘅彈牙~樽裝奶茶試咗樽裝奶茶,比正常甜度偏甜,120%甜,奶茶有茶味,但由於太甜,覺得唔太好飲,如果可以少甜啲,會好好多由於周記係茶餐廳形式,所以唔會有得揀茶葉 開壺茶,店員會比兩杯茶食客,亦會密密加茶,點心食完會即刻收走吉碟/籠,服務都幾好。唯一唔舒服嘅係,每張枱距離比較貼近,同後面嘅食客會背貼背坐,少少擠迫,坐得唔太舒服。兩個人食咗5樣點心,$206,樣樣點心都足料新鮮,食到好飽肚~😆
