To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

哦呀呀,今次嚟到呢間茶樓,真係目不暇給咁多款靚靚點心。🥢 嚟到,點咗份流心黃金西多士,睇落平平無奇,一刀切落去,奶皇流沙滴滴答答,點心界嘅黃金瀑布,呀!口感兼收結酥脆同細膩。🌟蝦多士,呢個就真係出人頭地,咬落去,蝦滑喺度「彈」,芝麻香呢,叫人停唔到口。揭起頂層芝麻,見到個蝦塊厚實,透住老火青翠嘅香味,係真真正真嘅驚喜!講真嘅,最震撼我嘅,係黑松露灌湯餃,大碗湯哇啦啦咁送上,一啖咬落去,真係忍唔回味道。松露味嚟得風騷細緻,湯汁嘅鮮美,就連平日唔咁鍾意吃餃子嘅我,都唔自覺舔晒嗮口角。今日呢個食之旅,繁複之中尋覓到簡單嘅歡喜。無論你貪新鮮定懷舊,呢度總有一款係你嘅心頭好。食物質感一流,我話你知,呢啲點心真係要嚟試下,絕對唔會㨂手!👍 continue reading

嘩,今日嘅點心食得我好滿足🤤!先講講嗰個流心黃金西多士,切開嘅時候啲流心鹼蛋黃啱啱好咁溢出來,雖然唔似瀑布咁澎湃,但係嗰份微濃嘅鹹香真係撩撥到味蕾,好夾西多士炸得香脆。再嚟個蝦多士,厚身飽滿得滯,咬落去脆聲四溢,蝦肉彈牙鮮甜,簡直係滿足感十足~咬一口,感覺自己都差唔多變咗做蝦!最後嗰個黑松露灌湯餃就更加唔使講,一啖灌湯餃嘅大粒,入口即溶,黑松露嘅香味好自然,濃郁得啱啱好,一碗湯入去仲有咁多飽滿嘅餃子,真係話咁易,滿分!總之呢個體驗係咁開心啲米芝蓮星級食店都未必可以比得上啲,真心抵食,肚仔好滿足啊!下次再嚟,我一定要帶多啲人嚟嘆,真係正!🍤🍵🥢 continue reading
