上星期日係車婆婆七十大壽我哋去咗悅來酒店殷悅攪生日宴首先要多謝酒店PR Kammi & Polly幫手張羅我哋一圍18人可以痴痴呆呆坐埋一檯哈哈~ 車哥哥女友Choco更訂製了一個好美又好吃嘅生日蛋糕送比車婆婆~ 係時候上菜了五小碟分別係12點起爽脆千層峰,雲海伴秋葵,西班牙黑豚叉燒,舟山海蜇同潮蓮燒鵝當中我最欣賞雲海伴秋葵雲耳爽口那香醋酸甜適中秋葵更是好吃另外舟山海蜇也爽脆非常帶著麻香好正~ 沙當尼明蝦球那彈牙鮮味的蝦球現在還回味呢~百花釀蟹鉗剛炸起的蟹鉗彈性極佳的蝦膠加上熱烘烘那會不好吃呀~黑松露醬燒牛柳粒我不吃牛但也試了露荀同菇菇須然黑松露味不重但味道確不錯,車爸爸說牛柳粒鹹了點但很淋還頗有牛味~ 瑤柱花膠燴海皇我已承諾不吃魚翅所以大家都要陪我食瑤柱花膠燴海皇好足料魚每口都吃到花膠香蝦仁最重要係湯羹濃稠適中入口好舒服~金錢扒鮑螺片那花菇真係厚肉到爆又夠淋滑入味師傅好功夫啊!!鮑螺片即時被比下去了~清蒸沙巴龍躉起孖上每條應足3斤重又要讚下廚師手勢一流,魚肉剛熟那豉油味道調配得宜相得益彰令沙巴龍躉發放光芒~ 脆皮醬燒雞又係好得我歡心雞肉嫩滑不過鹹(經常吃到又鹹又嚡的)珍菌鮑汁伊麵極受
