To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本來喺個肉骨茶先上場,不過需要座番滾,而個沙律就正正攝上依個等待嘅空檔期。海鮮柚子沙律嘅柚子拆得好大嚿,又爆汁,清新鮮爽,只喺澀味稍稍重;而海鮮料好足秤,有鮮蝦、魷魚圈、魚片條、青口、蜆肉,伴有少少花生粒、白芝麻、甘筍絲,配以醋汁調味,開胃好食。

檳城香濃肉骨茶 $148

肉骨茶分大份($148)及細份($82),正當等候期間,可以細閱餐枱紙有關肉骨茶嘅由來。大黑瓦煲盛載嘅肉骨茶果然夠香濃,重藥材味,但甘醇,以小火爐暖著,大可慢慢食唔怕好快攤凍,況且晌大寒冬,感覺更和暖
。店員仲介紹話用上十多種藥材,熬製多個小時,絕對真材實料夠火候。內裡好多骨排,肉質鬆化,沾啲黑醬油,加啲蒜粒、辣椒碎,別有一番味道;仲有唔少豆卜、金菇、枝竹,索滿汁,好味!

亞囉螄蚶 $88

螄蚶太生怕有啲人唔受得,店主話為保鮮味道,螄蚶只喺輕輕一灼,入口帶點暖,但螄蚶質感仍近乎生,味道的確幾鮮,沾些酸醋,更可把鮮味度再提升。事後才知螄蚶喺泰國貨,質素又真喺唔差喎。

廚師推介菜式,個魚頭超大個,勁有霸氣,好奇問一問,喺晌附近街市買嘅鯖魚頭,雖然唔知真身喺點,相信一定有番咁上下大條。咪以為魚頭無乜肉食,刮吓刮吓唔少肉,兼且細嫩,配菜又有好多茄子,而個咖喱唔太辣,較重香料味
,所以,味道有層次而複雜。所有咖喱都可以配白飯或原味油酥餅,當然要跟啲煙靭嘅酥餅較特別啲啦

原塊蕉葉包住燒,製作需時,所以,要食就預早少少落單。打開蕉葉,雖則唔喺太覺有蕉葉香味,但因為䱽魚加咗馬拉盞,即喺大馬蝦醬,味道好惹味,又無過鹹,而且,肉質保持嫩滑味美。
