To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🤫 Menu第一樣吸引到我嘅就係龍點心嘅招牌港原味燒賣拼盤..呢個拼盤一份有六粒燒賣..隻隻唔同味..而最過癮仲要係唔同顏色㗎..六粒燒賣裏便我最欣賞嘅係芫荽馬蹄燒賣..芫荽味好香再加上爽口嘅馬蹄粒粒彈牙嘅豬肉蝦肉..成件事原來係好襯個喎🤟🏻
🤫 咁懷舊燒賣同粟米肉粒燒賣感覺都係比較似平時食開嗰啲燒賣..懷舊燒賣夠大粒蝦肉夠多..一啖食超滿足..而粟米肉粒燒賣就On Top加多咗層粟米嘅甜味同埋口感..飯腳表示滿意
🤫 鍾意試特別嘢嘅一定要食吓沙嗲牛頸脊燒賣.. 梅菜扣肉燒賣同埋蜆蚧魚肉燒賣..沙嗲牛頸脊燒賣其實係乾蒸牛肉嚟㗎..一小片嘅沙嗲滑牛放喺乾蒸牛肉上邊..一啖咬落去嗰一浸沙嗲牛肉味勁出色..完全係Mix & Match~梅菜扣肉燒賣係你估唔到咬開之後真係有片扣肉喺入邊..再加上梅菜嘅香味..請問呢啲係咪叫做Fusion啊?然後蜆蚧魚肉燒賣顧名思義佢係一粒魚肉燒賣啦🤭而最特別嘅係佢入邊有一個水囊..一咬開就會有蜆蚧鯪魚球點嗰隻汁爆出嚟..好神奇啊😮
🤫 咁我嘅寶貝飯腳仔揀飲擇食大家都知㗎啦..上邊六粒燒賣剩係得粒懷舊燒賣同埋粟米肉粒燒賣係啱佢食嘅..為顧及佢嘅感受我都要叫返個鹹蛋黃墨魚燒賣俾佢嘆吓..墨魚滑包成嘅燒賣異常咁彈牙..咬開仲會爆鹹蛋黃汁..飯腳仔食得好開心
🤫 咁嚟得飲茶冇理由淨係食燒賣飽㗎嘛..我哋嗌咗三個熱氣嘢..第一個必推選擇係大澳蝦醬鮮魷卷🤩呢個真係好味呀~佢其實係一個好似米網春卷咁樣嘅嘢食嚟嘅..然後碟嘢一放上枱就已經聞到好香嘅蝦醬味..咬落去仲有鮮魷粒粒同蝦膠蔥段等等..口感相當多層次
🤫 然後煙肉蘿蔔糕亦都打破咗我對蘿蔔糕嘅傳統概念..用一整條煎香晒嘅煙肉包裹住蘿蔔糕..面頭再加些少美乃滋..香脆得嚟又非常之肥美..食肉獸一定要試吓😌
🤫 Last But Not Least就係好精美嘅龍芋酥..其實係有少少似炸脆咗嘅芋頭糕嘅..一小塊龍字咁樣放入口成件事Elegant咗🤪咬開中間仲有勁足料嘅臘腸臘肉粒粒..話時話原來兩個人食呢個份量嘅嘢係會食唔晒㗎🤪我哋最後加咗一蚊要咗個外賣盒打包返屋企..我決定下次帶埋Daddy媽咪過嚟試吓先得~
