To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這裡是我最愛之一，因為除了生蠔，刺身，還有很多名貴熟食，好像西冷牛扒，不同芝士，薄餅，多款咖哩，烤原條魚，清蒸大東星，串燒牛，豬。 泰式，中式，西式，日式都有齊，場內很多長輩，小孩來吃，因為食物大眾化，而且水準很好，不用爭食物，換得很快，生蠔都無限添加，長腳蟹任食，花螺仔。海鮮類芝士，餅，烤魚，黃金蝦，凍肉，壽司……龍蝦湯，好濃，偏咸，但好香。三文魚刺身，甜蝦刺身蕃茄西西里焗青口，串燒甜品除了M字牌子雪糕，有麵包布甸，滑滑豆腐花，多款蛋糕，草餅，啫喱。生果有:西瓜和菠蘿。有粉紅色朱古力噴泉，雖然很癢眼但不敢試，相信小朋友最喜歡。重點大家記得點餐茶，特別凍檸茶，係非常好飲，又靚又大杯，多檸檬片，茶夠茶味，糖水自加，正！現在匯豐信用卡有75折添
