To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 友人請客訂了Tokio Joe,說常爆滿,訂位不易!一進場看到壽司吧後的師傅們就知道這裡不是我杯茶。待應和菜單全部英語對答,絕大部分顧客也是西方人。沙拉(不如一門)不論是蕃茄、吞那魚生菜、炸蝦生菜都是加些日式醋沙律汁便變成日本料理;壽司刻意偏小,明顯攻打女仕愛好,醋飯沒什麼壽司醋味估計是遷就西方食客口味(連千兩都不如),而且壽司是一盤上,沒什麼誠意可言,也不好吃也不難食,又點了串燒(不如南亭),又點了天婦羅(不如天扶良),又點了鹽燒魚頭(不如吉)…結論是:這種西人日本料理比較適合西人去!
