To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時嚟Tokio Joe都係與同事食午餐,晚餐都係第一次食,同事說趕完個project,今晚要特賞一下哈~呢間餐廳喺蘭桂坊已經好耐,與店員姐姐閑談間,她說已經29年了~晚上氣氛感很好,大家放工想輕鬆吓,聽到不少歡笑聲,令人很放鬆,我哋選咗JOE'S TASTING MENU嚐味盛宴,每位$1180。🍅前菜:日式漬蕃茄及海膽伴北海道蟹肉新鮮紅卜卜嘅蕃茄,配以日式沙律汁。 海膽伴北海道蟹肉用匙羹盛上,鮮甜嘅海膽及海膽蟹肉一齊,好鮮味。🐟刺身:內有拖羅、吞拿魚腩刺身、漬鮑魚、油甘魚、迷你吞拿魚沙律、鰻魚。刺身新鮮,甜度亦足,那肥美甘香的拖羅在口中慢慢融化,感覺幸福🥰。🍣壽司:北海道海膽 、深海池魚 、火炙北海道帶子、吞拿魚蓉脆脆及炸軟殼蟹卷。壽司中我特別喜歡北海道海膽,入口即化嘅海膽很甘香;仲有吞拿魚蓉脆脆壽司,微微辣,脆脆哋,口感好得意。✨天婦羅:辣三文魚,比目魚天婦羅做得好輕身酥脆。🐟銀鱈魚西京燒我哋唔想食牛,想食魚,店員幫我哋改為銀鱈魚西京燒。銀鱈魚外面燒到微微金黃,魚肉富油香很軟滑,帶有淡淡味噌的甘甜味。🦞龍蝦湯稻庭烏冬呢個係這裡嘅招牌菜式之一,幼身的稻庭烏冬好滑,而且非常掛汁,個龍蝦湯湯好鮮味好香濃,仲有隻花竹蝦天婦羅,每次食都比100分🤭。🍦京都抹茶雪糕配時令水果🍉抹茶雪糕內有粒粒紅豆🫘,抹茶味突出又帶回甘,質地creamy,甜度恰到好處,配以蜜瓜、西瓜及提子,呢餐好滿意❤️。
