📍Tokio Joe 🍽中環蘭桂坊16號地舖-----新年前去咗呢間bookmark想食好耐嘅日式餐廳食咗WEEKEND BRUNCH($620 Adult;$350 Child (aged 3-11))呢個BRUNCH喺以半放題形式進行嘅,有部分食物係任食,有部分食物係固定份量嘅。.餐廳環境雅緻,服務亦係高級餐廳嘅標準,上菜無漏單,餐廳中央位置可以見到壽司師傅整壽司切刺身,整個用餐體驗都對得住價錢。🍴COMPLIMENTARY ITEM:北海道蟹肉伴海膽精緻小食每位客人都有一客,蟹肉鹹鹹鮮鮮,加上幼滑海膽,貌相精緻,好食得黎唔會佔胃,可以留返多啲空間比後面嘅食物。.🐡SASHIMI:一檯一客嘅刺身,望落色彩繽紛令人食指大開。赤身爽滑、吞拿魚腩魚油豐腴、北海道帶子貝柱肥厚、螄魚軟滑無筋、甜蝦甜味出眾,整體都無咩挑剔,質素整體中上。🐟BEST SEASONAL FISH:BURI: WINTER LARGE YELLOWTAIL(每兩至三位客人可選一客)餐廳用上今期嘅當造刺身製作料理,我哋就揀選咗鰤魚腩刺身,魚腩位置油脂充足,入口即化即化,加上酸甜嘅醬汁,幾開胃。🍲MAIN COURSE (每位選一款)主菜可以8選1,推薦照燒海鱸魚扒,海鱸魚魚質嫩滑非常,燒過嘅蛋黃醬醬汁香香甜甜,高質。其實試咗另一款主菜鰻魚飯亦不錯,鰻魚外皮香脆,內裡厚嫩多汁,不過有飯,容易佔胃。.除咗以上嘅食物之外,其他食物都係無限量供應嘅。.🥗APPETIZERS款式主要以沙律同埋刺身為主,個人好中意嘅有麻醬味好突出嘅蟹肉菠菜沙律,同埋香辣吞拿魚他他,吞拿魚軟滑,加上糅合於當中嘅薄脆,口感好豐富。🍣SUSHI ROLLS佢地嘅多款sushi rolls都係店內嘅人氣之選,款式好多,礙於肚子空間不多,最後都只係試到3卷,推薦元祖軟殼蟹牛油果卷、香辣三文魚天婦羅吞拿魚卷,前者嘅牛油果🥑揀選得非常靚,入口香脆幼滑,後者中央位置有天婦羅蝦🍤,外層則有鮮甜三文魚或吞拿魚,味道好豐富。🍢GRILLED ITEMS & DEEP FRIED ITEMS燒物及炸天婦羅同樣做得不錯。免治雞肉棒咬落帶粒粒軟骨口感。日本雞翼則燒得外脆內你嫩,非常多汁。焗雜菇牛油香氣馥郁,口感亦爽脆。天婦羅方面,個人心水之選係索盡油香嘅茄子同香甜蕃薯,整體天婦羅嘅炸皮都夠脆夠薄,同坊間平價d嘅放題有明顯差別。 continue reading

早兩日同男友食Tokio Joe 講起我第一次入呢條街,先發現原!來!我!冇!真!正!入!過!蘭!桂!坊!行來行去都係德己立街 🙊🤣初嚟報到就食到餐高質日本理料,對老蘭印象唔錯👍🏻 唔想煩,點咗Joe's Tasting Menu,一次過滿足N個願望。►Chef's Appetizer打頭陣嘅枝豆同牛油果蕃茄新鮮清甜,甜蝦+章魚刺身辣辣地幾開胃🐙►Sashimi吞拿魚、拖羅、深海池魚、鮑魚、左口魚都係我至愛,全部入口即融,份量再多啲就好喇 (暴食mode on🔥)►Sushi 5貫壽司入面我最愛海膽,鮮甜creamy嘅海膽汁係口到爆開好爽🤯 辣呑拿魚炸壽司非常特別,暖暖地嘅脆飯焦配微辣呑拿魚沙律非常惹味,實測一啖係食唔哂🫶🏻►Tempura三文魚同左口魚天婦羅真係未試過,用紫蘇葉包住一齊炸,竟然感覺好輕盈 (請幻想人在油鍋中暢泳🏊‍♀️)►A5 Saga Beef Hitokuchi YakiA5和牛卷好高質🥩 牛牛嘅油脂同蒜香嘅味道一直係口腔徘徊,齒頰留香是也。►Joe's Inaniwa Noodles龍蝦湯麵有🦞龍蝦Tempura配🦞超濃龍蝦湯,食到我笑蝦蝦 😆►Kyoto Matcha Ice Cream最後以香濃綠茶雪糕同生果作結,滿足。題外話,💯分嘅問題:食完好甜嘅雪糕先再食提子,竟然仲食到提子好清甜,究竟本身粒提子有幾甜呢?! continue reading

朋友推薦下來了一試這間餐廳的Tasting Menu,地點好方便就喺蘭桂坊入邊,中環收工嘅話行過去都幾快。特登揀星期一去,想要靜靜地咁享受二人晚餐,因為星期五蘭桂坊一定超多人。~Chef's Appetizer 前菜為枝豆,爽脆嫩綠,佐酒不錯。刺身方面,迷你吞拿魚沙律口感鮮嫩,吞拿魚刺身色澤粉紅,魚油滿滿,都很不錯~接下來是Joe's Signature Sushi ,個人非常鍾意炸壽司飯上面擺滿辣吞拿魚蓉的菜式,香口有新意,北海道海膽就好鮮甜,而深海池魚爽彈爽彈的~一向都唔鍾意紫蘇葉,見到呢度天婦羅係用紫蘇葉包起再炸,本來想枱嘅時候好擔心,點知食完之後出乎意料地好鍾意,紫蘇葉炸完之後脆卜卜,可以解膩同時,又為單純的魚味加入獨特嘅紫蘇葉香氣。~在主菜方面,龍蝦湯稻庭烏冬非常濃郁,天婦羅蝦同樣都係炸得外皮香脆,浸泡落龍蝦湯入邊一陣之後,有種平時麵包浸西湯嘅感覺,幾有趣。~最後嘅甜品幾有驚喜,有水果有雪芭有雪糕,好豐富,而且黑芝麻雪糕口感細膩順滑,為晚餐很好地收結。 continue reading
