一直留在家中抗疫, 我跟老公是慕名而來, 滿心歡喜好期待去Tokio Joe 的。但是甫進入餐廳量完體溫, 就已經聽到壽司師傅好大聲除低口罩喺下巴隔住幾張枱咁同客人嗌 “司琪姐, d 野好食嘛?” (我仲以為做戲嗰個李司琪, 但係望吓又唔係) 個sushi bar 喺餐廳嘅正中心,全餐廳嘅人都聽到。我問帶位嘅侍應哥哥”壽司師傅做嘢唔使帶口罩嗎?” 侍應哥哥帶點尷尬答”我會同師傅講”。到我地坐低壽司師傅仍然好似喺茶餐廳咁個口罩掛住喺下巴大大聲同嗰台客人傾偈。侍應姐姐擺低餐牌, 我又再問”壽司師傅做嘢唔使帶口罩嗎?” 侍應姐姐好有禮貌咁同我講”佢咁做係唔啱嘅, 我去同佢講”。然後佢即刻去壽司師傅講。壽司師傅聽完之後態度不屑, 好唔順氣咁樣帶返個口罩上佢塊面。我善意地同壽司師傅講”你掂完口罩要洗手喎” 佢嘴角上揚一臉得戚咁答”我對手要掂壽司係唔可以用酒精消毒嘅”。我心諗咁你就唔好拉開個口罩講嘢啦。佢連洗手嘅意欲都冇。此刻我地就決定離開餐廳, 因為我地唔敢食佢對手掂過同佢啲口水噴落嘅壽司。現場所見有差唔多一半人係外國人, 可能佢哋唔識得分辨呢個根本唔係一個日本師傅, 而只係一個茶餐廳級數嘅中國人師傅。其實餐廳嘅setting不錯, 侍應服務也很好, 但係喺中環地舖有咁嘅格局收呢個價錢, 而有一個咁樣質素嘅壽司師傅..... 不了.... continue reading

Been here over 10 times mostly for business lunch , consistent good service and good food. It’s a bit dark inside but I personally like the vibe, tables are pretty close to each other but acceptable. Will come back for sure continue reading

老牌與潮流並存嘅新派居酒屋,由菜色設計到環境裝修,完全冇諗過會係一間開咗超級廿年嘅老店,隔咗咁多依然咁潮不愧為蘭桂芳餐廳正因為開咗咁多年,最近餐廳推出新menu當中有個rock and roll combo,結集咗六款唔同風格嘅新派卷物,見證廿年嚟飲食潮流嘅變遷。由最初嘅經典彩虹卷到慢慢轉為炸物同牛油果為主調,再到加咗微辣嘅免治魚蓉甚至將壽司拎去炸,當然到最新潮流索性將牛油果取代壽司米成為無飯卷物眾款當中至愛spicy tuna crunch,底部壽司飯炸至黃金色加上頂層堆到成座山嘅吞拿魚蓉,魚蓉除咗打得幼滑仲加咗少少脆片增加口感,層次感非常豐富。另外新menu嘅其他菜色都好吸引,兩款前菜均以吞拿魚為主要食材,沙律用幼嫩且重魚香嘅赤身位配以淋上酸甜並重嘅沙律醋汁,兩者結合相得益彰而吞拿魚他他更加係完美表現新派日菜嘅風範,將魚油香極重嘅拖羅打成軟滑非常嘅魚蓉狀,同時混入帶有墨西哥風嘅微辣脆脆以增添口感,再用生菜包住嚟食,以清新感解決膩口嘅問題,成件事非常出色至於主菜方面就偏向穩重路線,燒牛肉夠惹味,除咗微焦香仲帶牛香,而且以芝麻醬增甜減膩,令味道上再多點變化,同時又唔會搶咗個牛味,好過大把淨係識用和牛然後淨係識食肥油零牛味只靠調味料嘅餐廳好多倍另一款燒鱸魚更係上天堂之作,魚肉質感超嫩滑唔洗點咬已經滑入喉嚨,而且魚油香濃,加上味噌同蛋黃醬配合令味道更香口,更有日式醬燒嘅風格。當然作為蘭桂芳嘅餐廳,呢度仲有好多唔同種類嘅清酒同調酒,愛酒之人都可以暢食暢飲呢 continue reading
