前日去左位於中環蘭桂坊嘅Tokio Joe食Tasting Menu,呢間餐廳好有日本風格,燈光較為昏暗,好有格調。呢一個Tasting Menu由前菜到甜品,足足有七道菜,價錢係$1080,CP值好高。-炙燒平目魚沙律沙律菜好新鮮,味道上酸酸地非常開胃,而平目魚刺身相當有驚喜,刺身有輕輕火炙過,望落就已經好吸引。 -燒蠔&蟹肉燒蠔非常之大隻肥美,表面會放上芝士,燒完之後溶化望落就已經心心眼,成隻蠔一啖食落去,真係好鮮味。而隔離嘅鱈場蟹肉已經開咗底下嘅蟹殼,一推就出到嚟,食落口好鮮甜好有蟹味,相當唔錯。 -刺身三點刺身分別係拖羅、粒貝、鰤魚,大拖羅油脂豐富入口即溶,粒貝食落好有口感,而鰤魚味道豐富得來亦都相當有咬口,三款刺身都非常新鮮。 -壽司而壽司就有六件,特別驚喜嘅係海膽同甜蝦,非常鮮甜而且海膽嘅金味非常突出,海膽嘅份量仲多到就嚟瀉咁滯。而甜蝦亦都好細嫩甜滑,配上完美嘅醋飯,真係好想再encore。-佐賀和牛粒食完海鮮就輪到牛肉啦,機A5佐賀和牛粒結肉味簡直無與倫比。烹調得外焦內嫩,咬落口非常Juicy,牛味亦都好濃郁,配上炸到金黃脆身嘅蒜片,味道同口感都好有層次感。-海鮮烏冬最後嘅海鮮烏冬依然好有驚喜,酸辣嘅湯底好惹味配上訓練十足嘅蟹肉同其他海鮮個湯底簡直鮮味道不得了。而且烏冬本身都係主角之一,烏冬口感又滑又彈牙,真係好食到停唔到口。-芝麻雪糕食完咁豐富嘅日式料理最後再嚟一個味道濃郁嘅芝麻雪糕,真係大滿足。 - continue reading
