這間火鍋店一直以黎都有好多人食,每次想食的時候都會book唔到位,今次好醒預早訂位,所以去到就唔需要再等啦!餐廳位於登打士廣場2樓,可以選擇行樓梯或搭升降機到餐廳。餐廳佈置以懷舊街市作主題,而且是用圓枱,什為懷舊。餐廳內有個小型魚檔,如想食海鮮便要到這裡選購。濃厚原隻雞煲花膠湯(小)($268),兩三年前黎講呢度打邊爐,已經試過這個湯底,對佢念念不忘,所以今次再黎食這個湯底!水滾後先飲湯,湯非常鮮甜,而且粘口。煲內有半隻雞及6隻花膠,雞肉嫩滑。我們每人也飲了2大碗才開始打邊爐。脆肉鯇魚片($63),魚肉夠薄切,爽口彈牙,中間唔會太多魚骨!手切安格斯牛肉($188),牛肉份量都算幾多,油脂唔算好多,牛肉味濃,肉質都算鬆軟。新鮮淮山($35),呢個湯底冇可能唔食D吸味的食物。淮山完全吸收了湯的味道,非常鮮甜!炙燒芝心丸($32),這款芝士丸係我最愛吃的,丸中心有流心芝士,特別惹味!羊肉片($68),羊肉的羶味都唔算太濃。桂花蚌($138),桂花蚌鮮甜,肉質爽脆!總括黎講,餐廳環境感覺懷舊,像去了舊式街市打邊爐,食物質素都唔錯,有機會會同多D朋友黎食!
