再一次來到澳門逸園中心晚飯,好友的遨請。走出電梯,門前是傳統的日式味道,還是處於試業階段。店內帶點日式風味,非常不錯。看看餐牌,最後選擇了兩個不同價錢的海鮮盛合。先送上前菜,原來與早已放於枱上的有著關係。沙甸魚鯷魚醬,以臘燭作微微加熱,以蔬菜條沾著一起吃,帶出有魚肉香,入口鹹香,非常不錯的前菜。味噌蟹蓋,蟹味香,濃厚非常,配合梳打餅的香脆,立體感非常。燒牛舌,入口香,軟綿綿的口感,就有如牛小排一樣香軟。大家也想喝點清酒,於是找來職員介紹給我們,那是純米大吟釀,秋田竹特產,酒帶有花果香味,米香米甜味道適中,香及甜互相配合,果然是很好的介紹。龍蝦刺身,龍蝦本身無味,較淡,沾一點醬油,帶出鮮味,入口甘甜。吞拿魚額,魚頭額上的一小片肉,以火槍即燒成。吞拿魚肉味比一般更香,更厚,入口即化的感覺。餐廳把吃剩的龍蝦殼等,煮成海鮮粥,一點也不浪費食材。龍蝦粥,大大的龍蝦殼及腳的部份,用來煮粥,龍蝦味非常充足,入口鮮甜。不但不會浪費食材,卻有特色,朋友們也各自有不同喜愛的味道,令大家也覺得非常滿意。
