To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今年生日，嘗試這家酒店自助餐，交通方便鄰近朗豪坊，所以放工坐地鐵過嚟，都唔會好趕急。星期六晚全滿，所以一定要在openrice先book，芝士龍蝦任食，味道好正⋯⋯不是莓肉，生蠔清潔，基本上係即開即派每人每次分3只，甜品尚可，沒有太驚喜特別好味，熟食感覺上唔算太多款式，O茶及啡任飲，酒類另加$68任飲，真心雞美酒好正，汽水另加$48我唔覺得抵所以我冇加。不過不失整體上。我應該唔會再嚟第二次。因為不算便宜，又不是我特別喜歡吃的一家自助晚餐。
