To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 南丫之行走到索罟灣最後一站,慕名而至最多鋪亦是最多人的天虹。好好彩有一圍海邊桌剛剛走,我便馬上溜過去要左張桌。我們點了二人餐,唔使煩又有想食既野︰蒜茸蒸元貝︰很好吃,元貝夠大隻,肉與鮮甜,而且有入味,蒜茸和粉絲亦很夠味,很快清碟。牛油焗龍蝦︰一來已經嗅到很香,龍蝦肉夠入味,很好食,很快清碟。清蒸游水海鮮︰蒸魚質數不錯,魚肉很滑溜,完全沒有鞋,很快清碟。酥炸吉列鮮魷︰酷愛魷魚的我一吃就感覺到和平時食既係有唔同,的確新鮮,是有種不同的味道,炸粉不厚,又是很快清碟。郊外靚油菜︰普通,勉強清碟。天虹炒飯︰揚州炒飯,有頗大隻的蝦肉一起炒,都幾好食,但真的太大碟,太多了。精美水果盤︰西瓜和菠蘿。環境當然好,就坐在海的旁邊。服務真的不堪一提,有一個光頭的男子態度比較好,但一個紮一條馬尾既中年女就麻麻地,請她點菜她馬上回喝︰「唔得閒住」然後走左去做其他野,(最後完全沒有回來)我們立即呆了,普通茶餐廳服務員也最多揚一揚手或說轉頭過來吧。後來看到隔黎桌向佢追個炒飯,佢又哦一聲走左,最後當然無理,個炒飯依然失蹤,個男人仲親自出去嘈。另一較後生較小個子的短髮男生,叫他上果盤他卻係咁姨應下,跟住走左走招呼一大圍

旅遊業最前線的服務員質數就只是如此。

佢地差點連埋單都唔想埋。

最後最好既地方就係可以免費坐天虹既專船番尖沙咀,半小時後便已經在尖沙咀文化中心,好方便。
