To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我常常覺得自己的工作非常刻板,做了十一年,日復一日,年復一年,沒有什麼公幹,又沒有什麼公司特價優惠,最好的除了買樓優惠外,就係可以認識到一些一世都不會有機會認識到的人。 今天就是因爲一位非常大的貴客來到,幾位同事一起去和他吃過飯,大家好朋有,自己食自已就是最好,他們一家想去南丫島,說從未去過,慶幸我們身邊有個朋友就是南丫島很熟的,當然去得南丫島,天虹是錯不了的選擇。 我也沒有印象吃過沒有,只記得模糊記憶說這裡的海鮮店是幾貴的,當然有熟人帶路,當然如虎添翼,識人好過識字,唔係講笑。 去南丫島途中,有日落睇,說真,吃海鮮吃得咁寫意,這個不是太多地方做得到,遠離塵囂的一個晚上,工作擴闊了我的眼界,不只認識一些好友,還讓我有機會成班人去到南丫島吃海鮮。 先來的是最地道的清蒸東風螺,小巧又迷人,點著那個甜甜的醬,食下食下不自覺可以食個不停。 豉椒炒蜆,絕對是港式美味的極限,炒蜆粒粒飽滿,豉椒味道非常濃烈,如果你是遊客冇理由不試試這道美味,平靚又吃到功架,你在青島呀雲南呀內陸地方沒有這些煮法。 然後是南中國海來的龍蝦上場,上枱一刻,神經令觸鬚還在動,你就知這龍蝦有幾生猛,刺身上的美是我覺得整晚最吃的一道,淡淡的美味配合海風,令人神魂癲倒。 龍蝦兩食的粥也是非常出色,我吃了三碗之多。 椒鹽瀨尿蝦又是挑戰技巧之作,不過當然椒鹽瀨尿蝦卻沒有做得非常出色,瀨尿蝦肉是鮮甜而且新鮮,只不過我略覺得佢做得無神無氣,原因是前排我在太湖海鮮城吃過那次瀨尿蝦又多膏又好味椒鹽調味又棒的經驗,這個著實普通了點。 豉椒蟶子,又係冇得輸的作品,那條蟶子配上那些配料和強而有力的豉椒味,無得唔讚。 清蒸的東星班,魚肉滑得不得不說好,時間掌握得精彩,那些蔥香和豉油的配合,我不知幾想叫碗白飯來送。 蒸得好的還有蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝,扇貝就像是流傳在月夜那故事一樣當中極漂亮的主角,肉質嫩如嬰孩,那粉絲和汁是停不下來。 這個時間又是不能錯過奄仔蟹,那爆發出來的蟹膏,和那個鹽焗的調味令我不只舌頭滿足,連十隻手指也吃得老懷安慰。 朋友說這裡的雞是很有名的,不過吃了那麼多海鮮然後,雞多好也不是味兒,我吃了一件,點著那甜如蜜糖的汁,是好吃的,但說真,佢永遠不會搶眼。 另外吃了些炒菜也鑊氣十足,更加覺得滿足。 最後還有出名的南Y島山水豆腐花,完美了整件事情。 天虹是會有船送你到中環的,沿途你可以欣賞到的是香港的夜景,我相信很多香港人住了這麼多年應該也未試過。 工作擴闊了我的眼界去到很遠,起碼在就近的南Y島,也能因工作的原因收錄在我吃過的餐廳裡,將它可以介紹給一些想找些郊遊情趣的你,或是來香港玩的遊客,我相信天虹應該是一個不錯的選擇。 天虹海鮮酒家 南丫島索罟灣第一街1A-1B,516-20,23-24號地下 continue reading

適逢大地回春,最好去南丫島行山兼吃一頓海鮮晚餐。天虹海鮮都是一個很舒適的選擇,地方寬闊,服務員不會hard sell,明碼實價,還有回程船返回中環或尖沙咀。炒蜆先來一碟炒蜆,炒得很野味,大部份蜆都是熟的,不過其中有些帶有沙。椒鹽炒鮮魷味道非常入味,鮮魷也很彈牙,堅好味。白灼蝦白灼蝦就中規中矩,大部份蝦肉都是新鮮實淨。龍蝦炒伊麵龍蝦肉果然一流,比之前的白灼蝦更入味爽口,海鮮蝦味更濃。冬菇菜心冬菇都幾大塊,菜心爽口,以一碟菜來說很不錯。粟米斑塊這碟絕對是真斑塊,魚肉新鮮、香滑、爽口集於一身。吃了一頓海鮮,整體很不錯,價錢也合理。天都黑了,酒家包船回程,很適合一家大細。 continue reading

The staff said there’s no minimum charge but they actually create one for you. They had been pushing us to get their dinner set which has a minimum of $398. We didn’t want that much so we just ordered a fried rice and four scallops. They probably thought we ordered too little and came back charging us four scallops for $240, which is way more expensive than restaurants of similar class in 鯉魚門. continue reading

after a long hike . there are quite alot of food restos , most are serving seafoods..while waiting for the next boat why not try one of the restos. we choose to eat here , food looks good and its near the port.we ordered spring roll and noodles.the spring rolls comes first , its good.we finish it all but the noodles, it took 30 mins to arrive.lolbut its good. but all you can see is all noodles. there is mushroom which cut in a very small pieces. anyway the taste wise , its good.Btw, i asked sauce for the spring rolls, and in the bill they charge 8 dollars in it.wthtea has charges also. but then they gave us free boat pass exclusive for rainbow customer' so all is well! just fair enough. continue reading
