To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Walked 45min from yung shue wan to here, there was no waiting needed - the food quality was good, service was also nice and the price was okay. We ordered the garlic spawn, noodle soup, live octopus, fried calamari and some veggies. After all, a great meal indeed! continue reading

每日都有數班免費船來回南丫島只要到達後到天虹消費便可以,暫時沒有最低消費。 難得有海邊位。 我慣常吃的四個小菜會跟三款調味醬。 這個炒蜆肉質新鮮😋 可惜太多空殼 🙄肉肉都掉到鍋底了😅。 椒鹽鮮魷也比外面的酒樓做得好, 鮮魷肉很軟, 粉漿薄薄的,份量也足夠。 忘記了這個蝦的名稱,使用甜酸汁炒的,蝦亦新鮮也很大隻。 咕嚕肉是外國人到此必食的香港名菜, 豬肉部位應該有挑選過,咬口與調味也真的不俗。 店舖內海邊已有不錯的打卡位。 continue reading

油鹽水浸衍,呢個喜出望外有啲驚喜!因為佢有種新鮮嘅鹹香味!係平時喺街市食嘅唔同好新鮮好好味嘅一道菜!大家都食咗好多扇貝蒸粉絲,呢個正常質素,但係個扇貝可能聖德有少少過數,但係食落肚一粒野咁樣冇乜特別唔係特別滿足不過係合格呢個一上枱大家都影相!就算唔係相機食屎嘅男士都一齊影,因為個賣相非常之靚仔!畢咗少少飯兩隻蝦同一舊龍躉食,如圖所見非常重要!首先下非常鮮味,case係軟嘅鍾意可以買一齊食龍躉都幾大篇!而且有一定要食嘅煙煙銀銀皮!非常之滿足,底下嘅白飯及咗少少海鮮嘅精華都提醒咗味道!啲咪係絲苗米,係中國嗰種類似鳳爪排骨飯嗰種硬硬長長嘅咪!幾好味不過我覺得佢撈得太多油,食到悶,同埋肥少少由會定位啲如果可以天然清香少啲油就好椒鹽賴尿蝦勁大隻!本身對椒鹽嘅菜式冇乜興趣諗住呢道菜都係冇乜期望點知上枱勁吸引!因為剪完啲汗之後都有勁大舊肉食!因為隻手掛住食非常污糟,都唔記得咗影入面大大嚿肉反而呢個得獎咕嚕肉非常怪,完全唔係得獎嘅質素之餘仲比正常難食又唔係難食嘅,不過食咗一舊已經唔想食,而且見到大家都唔係食得得多佢嘅問題係啲汁調得好怪,啲生果應該係一般用嘅質素同埋材料,不過覺得非常之酸,但係又好甜,一言難盡….最後呢個蝦蝦酥本身以為係炸蝦球,但係原來係曲奇餅,麻麻哋好食整體而言好滿意!因為本身對佢都不大期望,但係原來都有兩三到好好味嘅海鮮菜式呢個體驗都幾好 continue reading
