To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

老公一早就訂左呢間食海鮮,去到碼頭就有人黎問我地係唔係去天虹,之後比左張登船貼紙我地痴係心口船到啦 第一次特登坐專船去食海鮮 好興奮可以坐上層欣賞日落同埋風景 不過大風到頭都吹甩 之後就落番下層一去到,侍應哥哥就比我地簡位, 我地簡左近海既二人位. 台面已放好餐具,消毒擦手液同埋濕紙巾仲有水同盤比我地洗野. 成個感覺都係好乾淨同埋企理,餐牌亦都唔會痴立立,好乾淨.黎到1700 暫時就未有人 不過1800 就開始多人囉~~~上菜速度好快呀$48 大大個椰青 比起出面泰菜既仲大大 冰冰涼涼 好舒服 入面仲好多椰子肉其實一坐低 店員已經問我地要唔要飲野先 驚我地渴親 等我地慢慢諗 好貼心另一半就永遠都係一成不變..飲可樂...因為一場黎到 我地唔想叫套餐 所以散叫 食自己想食既野但就無咁抵食 如果咁岩入開黎 順便食個飯 可以食套餐 比較划算$188 例牌西蘭花帶子講價錢 都幾貴下 因為份量唔算好多 真係2-3人份量左右 但係帶子新鮮而且鮮甜既. 下次就唔會再嗌 試過就好$288 上湯波龍伊麵底伊麵唔算好多, 2人份量都唔多夠個種,但我唔係好食麵,所以就OK. 龍蝦好爽 同埋唔洗點自己拆殼好多都已拆左一半,自己用叉了出黎就得,$168 8隻酥炸日本生蠔呢道菜我係OPENRICE見到相片已經心心眼,已經鎖定一定要叫!!!黎到真係無失望,唔好睇佢賣相平平無奇,佢炸得非常酥脆! 而且無油!個底都係無油架,蠔肉大大粒,係你見到咁大粒,入面就真係咁大粒!!唔係食緊炸粉+蛋漿架!! 不過太大粒,食左2粒就飽飽滯滯不過我都好唔客氣食左4隻入面仲要好juicy!!!咁多道菜真係佢最好食同埋性價比最高$200 清蒸游水魚好細條,我諗一斤左右架炸,咁就200了.唔係佢蒸得唔好食,係呢隻魚真係麻麻地,肉質鞋唔滑溜.結帳後送上雪米池一舊,仲有佢地出名既蝦曲奇,不過怪怪地,有D咸.仲送左大大支酒精搓手液比我地~雖然 講性價比 佢真係唔係話好高 但服務同埋體驗都係一流 continue reading

今次來到南丫島索罟灣這邊行山,找到這間離島數一數二的海鮮中餐。原來這間偏僻的餐館,據說也曾拿到過米芝連亞洲450大食府推介,真是臥虎藏龍。牛油焗龍蝦🦞 8.5/10牛油洋葱焗是西餐的做法,相比起香港常見的芝士焗,更能帶出龍蝦本身的鮮甜,也更能保持肉質彈性。椒鹽瀨尿蝦 8/10夠晒大隻,相比起大排檔細細隻的啖啖肉,而且肉質更鮮嫩多汁。蒸鮑魚仔、元貝、炒飯6/10 註:食完可以坐酒家的船回中環/ 尖沙咀碼頭。 continue reading

So my friend moved to lamma island and I helped him with the move, so in return he brought me to a seafood restaurant!We ordered razor clams with vermicelli and garlic 蒜茸粉絲蒸蟶子, salt and pepper bamboo duck 椒鹽九肚魚fried morning glory 炒通菜 and beef clay pot 牛肉煲。I love the razor clams, it’s pretty big and the vermicelli soaked up all the sauce! 失望!唔合格!日期:2021年5月22日中午12點味道:食左蜆($90),以為會新鮮,點知好難食,仲有我最憎既西芹定唐芹價錢:好貴,唔止加一,比錢時才發現要收茶芥(每人16). 結果食碟蜆要$116。如果係高級海鮮,可能值得貴d,但係我碟蜆唔好食lo, 一d都唔覺得鮮。遠遠唔值d個價錢。量:嗌左「例size」(唔係中size),好似有20隻左右,我平時胃口細,都ok夠飽。食完發現有專屬船坐,不過比渡輪更震、更噪、冷氣較少。無咩特別好。完。 continue reading
