龍躉已經做骨紅燒,池魚就椒鹽!
池魚是扁身魚,魚骨較闊,椒鹽可以啜得更惹味!他們椒鹽做得十分好,首先夠乾身,二來夠濃夠惹味,但又不咸!下酒一流!

今次來到南丫島索罟灣這邊行山,找到這間離島數一數二的海鮮中餐。原來這間偏僻的餐館,據說也曾拿到過米芝連亞洲450大食府推介,真是臥虎藏龍。牛油焗龍蝦🦞 8.5/10牛油洋葱焗是西餐的做法,相比起香港常見的芝士焗,更能帶出龍蝦本身的鮮甜,也更能保持肉質彈性。椒鹽瀨尿蝦 8/10夠晒大隻,相比起大排檔細細隻的啖啖肉,而且肉質更鮮嫩多汁。蒸鮑魚仔、元貝、炒飯6/10 註:食完可以坐酒家的船回中環/ 尖沙咀碼頭。

So my friend moved to lamma island and I helped him with the move, so in return he brought me to a seafood restaurant!We ordered razor clams with vermicelli and garlic 蒜茸粉絲蒸蟶子, salt and pepper bamboo duck 椒鹽九肚魚fried morning glory 炒通菜 and beef clay pot 牛肉煲。I love the razor clams, it’s pretty big and the vermicelli soaked up all the sauce! My second favorite is salt and pepper bamboo duck, it’s crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The veggie and beef are just so so la.

最近同朋友去咗南丫島行山,出發前先去天虹食個海鮮午餐👍樣樣都想食,起初都好難決定到底食咩海鮮,不過好彩原來有2人套餐,而且一個套餐仲有好多不同海鮮。有龍蝦,鮑魚,扇貝,瀨尿蝦再加油菜同炒飯。另一個套餐有蒸魚,不過我哋都唔多鐘意食魚,所以叫咗蝦同貝類海鮮的套餐。炒龍蝦的醬汁十分惹味,有少少咖喱香但唔辣的。鮑魚同扇貝亦蒸得剛剛好,非常鮮味軟嫩👍可惜瀬尿蝦就細隻咗少少,始終套餐價錢唔太貴又有咁多款海鮮,都預咗唔會好大隻。但炒飯就好好味,夠乾身又足料。不過注意套餐要另收加一同荼介。但天虹嘅辣椒醬都幾好食嘅,如果喜歡仲可以成樽買返屋企。我哋仲叫咗椰青,都好好味😋

天虹海鮮酒家簡直係南丫島索罟灣嘅landmark,老公一直都好想試,於是就喺平日攞日假,享受一個寧靜嘅南丫島之旅。因為都打算去天虹食飯,所以預先已經預約咗天虹專線,由尖沙咀碼頭上船出發,直達南丫島索罟灣。雖然係平日,但都不乏捧場客,所以都有各式各樣嘅海鮮擠滿每一個魚缸。枱上已經預先放有調味醬,食過覺得好味嘅仲可以即場選購。我哋叫咗個二人餐,首先係牛油焗龍蝦,龍蝦嘅size唔算好大,但肉質仍然新鮮彈牙,仲有好多蝦膏,用牛油煮過之後特別香濃惹味。椒鹽賴尿蝦王都幾大隻,比我嘅手掌還要大,而且炸得香脆,基本上連殼都可以食埋。賴尿蝦肉唔算多但係就好鮮味,再加埋炸得脆脆嘅蝦殼簡直係絕配。之後就輪到食鮑魚,其實只係簡簡單單加咗陳皮、蔥絲清蒸,再淋上豉油,都已經夠晒味,鮑魚就夠新鮮彈牙!粉絲蒜蓉蒸扇貝就比較遜色啲,扇貝比較乾身,而且蒸到有點縮水,味道就尚可。炒菜好多蒜蓉。炒飯有兩隻大蝦,然後就係叉燒、炒蛋同埋大量蔥花, 唔食蔥嘅朋友記得要走葱。呢度有得叫椰青,坐喺海邊飲住椰青都幾爽!最後仲有甜品,係每人兩粒雪米滋🍦今日終於一償老公嘅心願,嚟到南丫島天虹食海鮮餐,始終呢度係做遊客生意,我覺得價錢都比較貴

今日終於一償老公嘅心願,嚟到南丫島天虹食海鮮餐,始終呢度係做遊客生意,我覺得價錢都比較貴,不過佢包埋免費船俾食客來回市區至南丫島,要營運一艘船成本都高,所以只能夠說一句:「羊毛出在羊身上」啦!

總括黎講海鮮夠新鮮, 炒得夠鑊氣又入味!! 不過當日招呼我哋嘅男侍應態度真係遠遠跟唔上食物質素. 問佢啲海鮮有乜煮法, 佢係完全唔想答. 如果你個餐牌有寫明我咪唔使問你囉.. 問佢游水魚有乜揀嘅時候, 佢又係唔想答淨係叫我哋出去自己揀. 其實當時已經除咗口罩, 唔想咁麻煩先問你姐. 我希望服務態度可以多加改善, 追得上食物質素啦!

At the end of the day we had seafood in this restaurant. We got a nice table next to the water, which provided a nice view while dinning. We ordered a 2 person menu with included 6 dishes. The food was fine. I'm not sure its very special. What makes this restaurant so special is it includes boat tickets back to HK island.
