一般來說,龍躉或者是一味兩食,今次以清蒸為主。清以芫荽薑蒽等青蒸,可以吃到魚的鮮味,而魚肉頗為滑溜,加上碟上的醬油,便可提升魚的鮮味。

脆皮醬燒雞
亦即是炸子雞。上桌時雞隻份量看來細少,但吃時卻又足夠。雞皮做很很脆,雞肉不嚡,仍有肉汁在內,加上淮鹽,可用作調味一下。

薑米紅米海鮮炒飯珍菌鮑汁伊麵
到了宴席尾聲,以炒飯和伊麵作最後的鹹食。當中炒飯粒飯粒粒分明,有蝦仁及菜粒,而且炒得乾身。至於伊麵,卻因沒有吃過,味道不知道如何。

最後便是甜品時間,以芒果有甸為今晚的宴席劃上句號。布甸加上花奶,使布甸增加食味和增添柔滑感,入口時也不會太甜吧。
