To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

返左工之後,同朋友約定要每月食一次正嘢慰勞下自己。🤣今個月就黎左尖沙嘴Lab Eat試下個二人餐。全餐飯都好有驚喜、食得好開心。性價比好高,絕對係會回頭再食嘅餐廳⭐️⭐️⭐️Order完後,waitress就好快上咗支champagne。2017 Möet:以香檳黎講,味道唔會太甜,亦好易入口。頭盤係生蠔!!!圖中有兩款生蠔,淺色啲個隻海水味比較濃,深色個隻就淡啲。兩款都好鮮味,亦洗得好乾淨!餐廳好細心,有個夾夾住檸檬,唔洗怕整污糟手都可以擠到檸檬汁。下一個好驚喜嘅就係西瓜配清酒啫喱及番茄。睇menu嘅時候完全估唔到係點。底個舊就係西瓜,面就有啲好靚嘅銀粉清酒啫喱💛成碟個搭配好新奇,西瓜陪盤底嘅意式醋好清新,好開胃!講前菜嘅話,我最最最愛嘅就係依碟輕煎芝麻吞拿魚卷。厚切嘅吞拿魚好有咬口,配埋橘子醬同美式芥末醬,口中嘅味道融合係perfect。(私心推介要試!⭐️⭐️⭐️)湯就飲咗馬賽海鮮湯。啲蜆又係好鮮味,成餐嘅海鮮都好高質!主餐個炭燒澳洲M6牛柳medium rare,係我最愛嘅程度🤤軟硬適中,就算咩醬都唔點咁食都好有肉味。(題外話:傻傻地食咗紅色辣椒😂仲以為係車厘茄)食埋主菜已經超級滿足,但甜

頭盤係生蠔!!!
圖中有兩款生蠔,淺色啲個隻海水味比較濃,深色個隻就淡啲。兩款都好鮮味,亦洗得好乾淨!餐廳好細心,有個夾夾住檸檬,唔洗怕整污糟手都可以擠到檸檬汁。

食埋主菜已經超級滿足,但甜品當然係另一個胃啦。
甜品就揀咗法式蘋果酥皮批配香草雪糕。
第一次食一個唔係熱嘅蘋果批。
師傅將蘋果醬同蓉整成啫喱狀咁,兩層啫喱再配搭兩層薄薄嘅酥皮,刷新我對蘋果批嘅認知。當然甜品配雪糕係無得輸。整體黎講,好適合鍾意食清淡、唔太甜嘅人。
