To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日又有泰國菜食喇 我哋兩個人嚟咗九龍城食因為事前已經食咗飯 所以就叫得好少嘢 不過樣樣都好出色泰式柚子沙律 $78呢個天氣梗係食個沙律最適合啦 清新+消暑柚子肉超級多 而且新鮮清甜 大蝦口感彈牙爽口 另外有花生碎 非常開胃蝦醬肉碎炒飯 $98蝦醬味道濃郁 炒飯有好多肉碎 炒蛋加咗蝦醬落去一齊炒飯香噴噴惹味 賣相吸引 而且炒到粒粒分明 口感豐富
