To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次去呢間餐廳食，好好味呀！今次叫咗一個兩人set，另加一個main 同dessert！全部食物質素都好高！我最仲意就係：（主菜）黑松露海膽意粉：海膽同黑松露味道好襯，海膽分量好多又新鮮 ，整個都意粉好cream！黑毛豬拼鵝肝：黑毛豬肉多汁又嫩滑，加埋好軟綿綿鵝肝，真係另外甜品係我最期待的，78%黑朱古力心軟，最喜歡食心太軟個種口感，但又怕甜，這個黑朱古力心太軟就滿足到我啦！一切開就爆漿黑朱古力再加雲呢嗱雪糕🍦一口食落去，真係滿足到特別的係，餐廳的兩人set係有wine配搭，仲係三款酒，俾你配合唔同菜餚。分別係汽泡酒、紅同白酒！氣氛，食物同服務都得滿意，但進餐兩小時就有點趕，如約朋友食飯，慢慢傾偈就唔得了*佢係要預約，分兩時段6:30或8:30。進餐時間兩小時！
