To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

特登搭地鐵🚇去下宋王臺站，黎到九龍城就搵番間泰國菜食下，這次想食下海鮮類嘅食物，於是選了#小曼谷海鮮燒烤屋。#海鮮孖寶從A&B中各選一款，任意配搭兩款食物，A）選了燒盲曹，魚大條且有鮮味，唔會太乾身仲帶有肉汁。B)選了燒脆皮白鱔(2串)，即叫即燒熱辣辣，魚皮燒得很脆口，魚肉爽口嫩滑，點上泰式醬汁酸辣的更提味。 #泰式蝦炒金邊粉大碟且份量很足夠，熱辣辣好味道，添加青檸汁更開胃，有3隻新鮮彈牙的大蝦，金邊粉炒得乾身唔會好油，惹味香口好味呀。仲有好多菜色見到都想食，下次要搵多2個人黎食至得。
