To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 終於第一次嚟試晏晝都幾多人睇得出好多都係熟客我哋今次都誇張兩個人叫咗水煮魚再加其他嘢但係都食晒😂個魚嚟到都幾驚艷原條片出嚟再擺返成條魚嘅形狀啲魚好滑 辣味夠配料多數係芽菜同寛粉有少量秀珍菇如果加埋窩筍同多啲菇類會更正麻辣鳳爪相對失色做法有啲似鮑汁鳳爪但麻辣味太多嘅花生令外觀都差咗黑松露蝦春卷好香黑松露味蝦夠爽口彈牙蟹棗好好味 非常脆小籠雞肉包及唔上豬肉餡肉汁係多嘅 但雞肉始終味道唔夠濃個皮再薄啲會更好甜品叫咗高力豆沙冇影相好味嘅 不過壽桃包有驚喜出面一般麻蓉餡 佢係豆沙餡唔太甜但好好味旁邊好多人打邊爐啲配料都好靚 下次可以試
