有冇訂位,冇?等下啦.去坤記,是一定要訂位的.最好食六點,因為如果你訂八點,就起碼八點半才有位!在早兩期的HK magazine (2006Jan8).坤記名列The longest queue restaurant in Hong Kong 的其中一間,可想而知.煲仔飯:不用說,是must eat.坤哥辛辛苦苦,又先用煤氣爐將生米煮成生熟飯,再用炭爐,煮慢慢煲熟配料,慢工出細貸,最少五,六個字才能完成.是有血有汗的煲仔飯.煲仔菜:栗子蚊雞煲!超林栗子,入味滑雞,個煲是熱到出煙,同吱吱聲.豬骨煲:大大煲,二人前加一客肥牛,好了,免得眼闊肚窄坐門口,空氣流通,不過會有走過,要小心!

煲仔飯:
