西環, 絕對係假日消遣的新寵兒, 今日去Bistronomique到朋友共進法式午餐, 餐廳响馬路邊, 方便駕駛人士, 午餐價錢好抵食喎, 亦有不同選擇, 餐包好味, 係自家製的黑麥包和歐式麵包,熱熱地搽上牛油,麵包好軟熟喎。頭盤叫了Caesar salad。有好新鮮的羅馬生菜, 面灑上cheese同面包糠, 配了caesar salad dressing。另一前菜, 係Baby Squid, 魷魚酸酸地, 加上西班牙肉腸好特別的一個前菜,之後到我覺得係最重點的特色菜, 呢度菜叫-「鱈魚馬介休免治加黑松露」, 真係好好味, 馬介休碎撈上蛋醬, 好有魚肉口感, 不咸, 而且鋪面有一大片松露, 好名貴好香濃的松露香味, 將佢點上法包,真是個與眾不同的菜色!主菜有立魚扒, 肉味鮮甜, 魚質有口感, 另一度係有份量的Charcoal grilled US Spare Ribs, 個燒汁好入味, 最後當然係期待的法國菜最SWEET的甜品, 今次叫了啤梨pie, 好清香的梨味, 批底牛油香味濃郁。
