Had an enjoyable dinner here, good food, nice staff, wonderful view and relax ambienceOrdered one set and an extra main course which is already quite a lot for 2 of us.Recommend escargot and baby squid for starters. 今天難得放假,約了朋友去堅尼地城打卡。天氣非常好,中午時分去了一間有兩層的餐廳,由於近海的窗邊位置已坐滿,所以只可以遠一點觀望,但感覺也很chill。餐廳的午市套餐很多是按當天食材而訂,要了個是日鮮魚,今天是比目魚,煎得金黃香口,肉滑皮脆。配上滑溜的薯蓉和爽口椰菜等。前菜選了牛油果蝦沙律,健康開胃之選。跟餐附有熱飲,而甜品則要加$38,有檸檬撻配雲尼拿雪糕,撻微熱,配上凍冰冰的雪糕,為假期充電的一個下午。

Friends and I went there for lunch. We got there the earliest and ordered salmon. Food didn’t come until we noticed other tables were having salmon. We asked why our food got delayed and the waiter simply went defensive and denied with random excuses. They finally got us the dish but the food is just mediocre enough that I would never try again.

餐廳有分室內外座位,但重點都是全海景觀,簡直是無敵。法式麵包外脆內軟,暖笠笠的,塗上牛油即刻溶化,是我喜歡的煙韌口感。牛油果虎蝦沙律,虎蝦煎香彈牙有黑椒味,牛油果亦很新鮮無氧化變色,整體也很好吃。雞肝豬肉批帶有濃郁的肝味,配芥辣醬和酸瓜一起吃可中和味道,而且味道也很搭配。法國香草焗田螺有三顆,田螺味道不錯,我個人反而較喜歡吃薯蓉,質感細膩香滑。Soup of the day是薯仔忌廉湯質感香滑薯仔炭燒美國特級肉眼扒要了medium rare,肉質腍軟,炭燒味重。檸檬撻(Lemon Tart)檸檬味重,撻面較酸,而雲呢拿雪糕香甜,一起吃味道更好。Raspberry Cake 味道清新,帶點莓味的微酸,很不錯。總括而言,食物質素高又有靚景,非常愉快的一餐。

平時嚟到堅尼地城望到個海景,都已經好有holiday mood,今次就搵一間環境舒適又景觀好嘅餐廳,呢間靠近海旁嘅Bistronomique就符合我地嘅要求呢!餐廳分咗上下兩層,我哋上去咁啱就坐咗係大玻璃側邊,望出去見到西環碼頭。嗰日恰巧藍天白雲,我哋每人嗌左個lunch set,一路食住餐包,一路望住個海,非常寫意!頭盤我揀咗Caesar salad,雖然看似平常不過的菜式,但卻頗有特色。除咗清爽嘅羅馬生菜,仲混合埋厚切Bacon,麵包都有特別處理過,再加埋半隻流心蛋,食落層次豐富。主菜就嗌咗是日精選鮮魚—三文魚,本身仲諗會唔會好普通,但係餐廳處理得好好,食完都令我地幾驚艷。首先魚皮煎得非常香脆,有種脆片嘅感覺。魚嘅生熟度啱啱好,嫩滑帶汁。配菜都非常好食,個薯蓉十分creamy,配埋側邊個醬汁一齊食好搭。Lunch set仲有餐飲,兩個人坐喺度望住個海邊飲邊談心,讓人感覺好舒服。

除咗清爽嘅羅馬生菜,仲混合埋厚切Bacon,麵包都有特別處理過,再加埋半隻流心蛋,食落層次豐富。

主菜就嗌咗是日精選鮮魚—三文魚,本身仲諗會唔會好普通,但係餐廳處理得好好,食完都令我地幾驚艷。

放假無謂往旺區同人迫,住西環嘅朋友介紹呢間海邊餐廳吃午餐,真係冇幾何可以咁近大海吃午餐,舒服!在OpenRice 上訂枱送AM25, 去到門口侍應已經打招呼並説出我名並已經準備好坐位,感動加分!先來一客小多士,微溫仍脆口,連吃兩份,set lunch $188,前菜牛肉tartar合格亦新鮮,田雞腿份量大及香口。主菜要了蟹肉扁意粉,紅酒羊膝,羊膝上枱時不禁嚇一跳,份量是一全隻小羊膝,有濃厚紅酒香,一絕,蟹肉扁意粉為今日驚喜,有濃濃蟹肉及龍蝦香味,蟹肉非常多,有口感,滿分!餐廳分兩層,今日坐下層面向大海,享受!堅尼地城給我感覺像早期澳門小街,有不少懷舊小店,舊士多,酒舖,cafe,車房⋯⋯寧靜舒適!

今天和朋友聚餐,經朋友介紹之下我們來到西環這間西餐廳進餐。我們點了兩個6 courses set,有沙律、前菜、湯、主菜、甜品和飲品。凱撒沙律的雞蛋是流心蛋,蛋味香濃。還有一條沙甸魚,鹹味適中,為整個沙律提升了一點調味。雞肝豬肉批我是第一次嘗試,原本以為肝臟會很腥,但這個批卻不會。由於加了豬肉,口感與鵝肝很不同,有一絲絲的肉絲。沾一點芥茉醬吃,更能提升雞肝的味道。上面還放有一些酸瓜,味道不會太酸卻能為肝臟消除膩感。黑松露鱈魚蓉是我的大愛,暖暖的鱈魚茸放在烤得香脆的麵包上,口感又脆又軟,伴着香濃的黑松露香味,一流。蕃茄湯十分濃郁,是用一整個蕃茄打成茸所煮成的,味道酸中帶甜,很開胃。主菜我選了炭燒美國特級肉眼扒,有着淡淡的炭火香味,沒加多餘的調味,能吃出牛肉味的香濃,肉質鮮嫩。然而實在太飽了吃不下兩個薯仔,以免造成浪費就把雜菜打包回家了。甜品我選了咖啡慕絲,入口即溶,咖啡味香濃。
