今日雖然唔係d咩特別嘅日子,但都想搵間decent 少少嘅餐廳chill 下la. 搵左一間係西環,去到先知原來佢地下個層有個落地大玻璃,望住成個海景,完全無得輸,下次一定要book gei 時候request 埋。今次坐係上面,叫左個6 dishes without seafood,由於一人一個set, 前菜揀左兩款salad, 兩款都好好食,好開胃。再之後四款小食都可以叫哂,有雞肝,有麵包,有蝦配西班牙腸,有田螺,全部都好特別好好味。之後飲個南瓜湯,我都好中意。之後當然到Main Dish, 一個嗌魚一個嗌牛肉,好大碟好夠食,食到一半都已經好飽。之後黎埋甜品,有法國傳統餅配雪糕同檸檬撻配雪糕。最後,兩個都飽住肚離開!

而我就收到呢個Opera cake,唔知係咪我影相影得太耐,面頭都已經結左層水珠,
也許平日下午茶可以食得曬成個,但5 courses都食完後,就真係無多餘位置了,
建議餐廳日後將甜品分量/甜度降低,令食客負擔無咁重,確保食物唔好浪費。

總括而言,Bistronomique屬於堅尼地城既Gem list,對住海景既view可以影相打卡,
同另一半/宴請都係非常唔錯既選擇,服務態度非常好,唔會覺得額外拘束,值得久不久食下!

好耐無拍拖,咁啱中環開完會就諗住過上環西環行下,好遠咁行到西環海皮見到間喺海邊嘅法國西餐就入咗去試下😆 叫咗兩個6 courses set!前菜有兩款salad揀,ceasar 同海蝦沙土律,我哋一人叫咗一款試! Ceasar最穩陣,海蝦沙律有驚喜,除咗蝦係grill咗之外仲有牛油果🥑,加埋一齊食好出色!Starter每人可以揀兩款,兩個人share嘅好處🤗可以試哂!有雞肝豬肉醬、鱈魚茸、西班牙肉腸同田螺!本身都中意食鵝肝類嘅野食,雞肝豬肉醬有少少類似嘅texture,配埋面包好特別!西班牙肉腸仲要係煎都脆嘅,雖然就咁食係咸咗少少,但脆真心出色!Soup of the day係南瓜湯,好中意有texture嘅湯🤤 一個main我哋揀咗魚,另一個揀咗牛!煎比目魚好新鮮,仲要好多蜆同魷魚做side,都幾大份🙈 非常推薦咁有情調吧法國餐!

想吃一餐正宗法國菜每次花費不少,今日就來一餐簡約的法國菜試一試不一樣的味道,餐廳沒有拘束感舒適寫意。前菜是凱撒沙律, 真的是不一樣,這個竟然配上了沙甸魚及流心蛋,就由這個清新的沙律開始我這一餐。黑松露鱈魚茸,鱈魚做成茸的效果使魚的油分跟黑松露醬融合配合得非常好,味道香濃,而麵包吸收了所有精華,大家不能錯過。法式香草田螺,香草味非常濃厚,另外主角田螺肉一點腥味也沒有很鮮甜。餐湯是粟米忌廉湯,湯是用新鮮粟米做出來的,廚師很用心地把粟米打碎後將所有渣也弄走了。主菜是法式紅酒燉雞,雞肉非常嫩口咬下去的時候有淡淡紅酒的味道。甜品是檸檬撻,用這個甜品為結尾是極為配合,因檸檬酸酸的味道好清新的感覺。味道: 愉快的一餐衛生: 整潔環境: 企理舒適服務: 非常周到抵食: 食物及環境跟價格成正比

朋友約我到這間餐廳食晚飯,這餐廳近海邊,有上下層。我們點了套餐,點餐後,侍應送上麵包,麵包很脆又不太硬。洋薊心海蝦沙律第一次食洋薊心,質地好軟身,沙律菜不會苦。法式雞肝豬肉醬酸瓜味道令人開胃,平日食鵝肝因有油分會覺膩,但食雞肝不會膩,雞肝味道濃而不羶,配麵包食更可口。香煎魷魚仔配西班牙肉腸魷魚仔爽口彈牙,醬汁是辣肉腸的味加黑醋味,味道不錯。是日餐湯粟米湯很香和滑,質感很濃,湯亦很熱。法式烤乳豬乳豬皮脆肉嫩,份量又多,一個人食都覺得多,點乳豬竟是柚子醬,味道帶來清新味,有別平時。精選是日甜品歌劇院蛋糕以朱古力製作,中間夾有一層蜜芽糖,而荔枝雪糕很清甜。

5. course dinner 前菜(二):法式田螺:水準之作,蝸牛沒什麼泥土味,難得。配上薯蓉吃,超一流。

6. course dinner 前菜(三):香剪魷魚:水準之作。魷魚剪得香,配上香醋,味道一流。

7. course dinner 前菜(四):蟹肉麵包:不能說是一流的水準之作,但味道很好,可以一戰。

8. course dinner 是日餐湯:蘑菇湯。蘑菇湯比較難評價。說很好吃吧,又不至於。說 above average 吧,又比 above average 好一點。10分滿分的話是 8分嫌多,7分嫌少。做蘑菇湯的一個忌諱是太鹹,這家餐廳做的蘑菇湯並沒有太鹹,加分。蘑菇味是有,但不夠濃,湯不夠滑,但未至於減分。只能說是 above average 前列水準。

9. course dinner 牛排:牛排其實做得甚差。除了牛扒的質素和味道稍好,感覺和廉價中式餐館 HK$50 雜扒飯的牛扒沒有很大分別。

10. course dinner 紅酒燴雞:紅酒燴雞是一流水準,非常好吃。

11. course dinner 甜品(一):餐廳的甜品有驚喜。荔枝味雪糕配檸檬 tart,非常好吃。

12. course dinner 甜品(二):餐廳的甜品有驚喜。荔枝味雪糕配 opera cake,非常好吃。

來到週末同友人出外走走,今日來到西環半日遊,先在這海旁這小店舖食個午餐假日比較多點人,安排在樓上小角上,仲可喺窗邊望到街邊連海午餐選擇都多,我點了是日廚師精選,係紅酒燴羊膝先來餐包配牛油前菜選了法式香草焗田螺,田螺都算肥美,充滿香料及橄欖油香氣,肉質諗中有厚羊膝經慢煮再紅酒炆燴,一切開就好易鬆開入口肉質嫩滑又夠鬆化,味道帶一點羊羶味,伴邊仲有烤過嘅薯仔及酸咪咪蔬菜最後點了杯冰凍齋啡,咁就過了2小時慢活午餐,寫意又舒服~
