在堅尼地城可別只知道Arabica和泳棚了,附近的餐廳都很精緻,這次朋友帶我來到這家法式西餐廳,晚上亮起燈來,特別溫馨。門口很小,以為只有下面一層的幾個座位,原來還有第二層。玻璃窗面朝大海,可以看到夜景,晚上會亮起波波燈,讓約會更有格調。晚餐自選一個頭盤、兩個主菜和伴菜必點安格斯牛肉他他(頭盤)細碎的生牛肉和底下的芝士,給本就柔韌和緊致的口感增加了一些香味,口感層次也豐富了,調味也拿捏得很精準。放一些他他在脆脆的面包上,中和了一些油膩感。必點紅酒燴牛尾(主菜)肉質超級軟嫩,骨肉能輕易分離,又不失嚼勁,吃進嘴裡汁水直流,入口肉香四溢,即使放涼片刻,肉質依然軟嫩,蔬菜也燉煮得十分入味,是令人拒絕不了的美味!必點盲鰽魚(主菜)本來想點鱈魚,但剛好售罄,所以由盲鰽魚代替,這道菜也十分出色,吃的時候推薦點自製的忌廉汁吃,忌廉汁很稀,所以吃起來不會膩,但味道不減。平常吃的通常只配薯蓉,這裡還有蜆肉,肉質鮮美得很。外皮香脆得很,用刀子切開時,可清晰聽到咔嚓咔嚓的聲音!鴨油炸薯角剛炸好的薯角酥酥脆脆,外面焦脆內裡軟糯總結來說,餐廳環境和氣氛有格調,食物質素高,不過製作食物需時,十分推薦!Bistronomique (西環)📍西環堅尼地城爹核士街1號裕福大廈地下1號舖 continue reading

Escargots是我的童年回憶年輕時的母親大人有個 #西餐魂熱愛程度是每個月也會帶著弟弟與我三人行到區內一間略有名氣的法國餐廳去我的 #為食魂 也大有可能遺傳自她就這樣,每次吃到法式焗田螺腦中就會kind of 閃過童年的畫面但實情是我沒有太into田螺吃得津津有味的是弟弟反倒是田螺上的青醬與薯溶較能吸引我 lol好吧「是年少不知田螺好長大方知田螺妙」所以說到Wednesday 與阿娘去吃法國菜點Escargots是常識法國菜其實也不一定昂貴香港仍然是個美食之都入門級別好味又high CP的沙國小餐館也是有的當然淘到寶就不要錯過雖然有點遠,在Kennedy town 但還是心心念念覺得堅值得推介我給💯💯💯x3 餐廳與小時候那間法國餐廳有點像另一加分位是有mulled wine大大切合當日的moody vibe 入門級體驗推薦dinner set價位very reasonable Bread basket, salad, 2 main與甜品Classic Caasar Salad絕對是classic煙肉不是乾柴的脆煙肉粒而是真正香煎的煙肉羅馬生菜🥬也是超新鮮本身有點怕醬所以點了on side 怎樣醬汁有驚喜,不是一般吃到死甜的大概是餐廳的配方,酸度偏高,啱我!另外有馬賽魚湯再加分不過英文用的不是 Bouillabaisse而是Souped de Poisson這個有點confusing 雖然都是我喜歡的魚湯但兩者是不同用料價位在沙國也有很大落差Anyway 這個湯好飲!傳統食是會在多士上塗醬再放入湯中浸軟是一道挺家常的農家料理就像香港人眼中的蕃茄薯仔紅蘿蔔湯般主菜Alaska Crab meat Linguine 高質,麵條爽彈而且掛汁~~~蟹肉份量一定也不吝嗇連我low carbs也忍不住吃多了兩口另外的美國Angus Ribeye Steak 就正常發揮偏薄身,所以較易overcook 建議大家點medium rare 至於隨餐甜品是lemon tart 與 pear tart 兩款都有雪糕scoop伴碟Exactly是老派餐館的presentation 甜品上枱一刻彷彿覺得又回到小時候想起每次切Chur著阿娘要吃香焦船的剎那呼~~~這餐飯本人吃的不只是味道更是回憶🥹 continue reading
