星期六, 同朋友想揾一個悠閒的海景法式午餐, Bistronomique絶對係一個好好的選擇, 先上餐包, 自家製的黑麥包和歐式麵包,焗熱咗,外脆內軟,好好食,我最喜歡軟軟的麵包,再搽滿牛油好回味。頭盤叫了Caesar salad。成顆羅馬生菜, 又爽又脆,面灑上cheese, 上面配了銀魚柳SALT COD ($98), 咸咸的, 配料和沙律醬襯托出生菜的鮮甜味。另一前菜, 係Baby Squid, SQUID好彈牙, 加上檸檬汁的西班牙肉腸不會太溜, 好惹味喎, 另外店員見我們有小朋友, 細心地推薦我們叫了Macaroni gratin($55),用STAUB盤盛著, 望落有啲細, 但原來裝得滿滿的, 好夠飽喎, 另一的難忘的骰小吃-鱈魚馬介休免治加黑松露, 一片片松露, 好名貴, 加上焗蛋, 個蛋醬不是太咸搽在法包上, 大人同小朋友都好喜愛,出面從未食過呢個咁好食既菜式, 太好食喇, 讚不絶口!主菜點了Charcoal grilled US Spare Ribs ($168), 肉質好稔, 入味, 個燒汁浸透肉裡面,鮮茄立魚扒, 好鮮味, 魚肉相當嫩滑, 完全唔腥, 法國菜, 期
