今日同朋友去食串燒日本野,因為之前我地去日本都食過串燒,覺得好正,諗住喺香港試下會唔會搵到間同日本有得媲美既餐廳😇一入到餐廳,服務員好好招待,幫我哋噴酒精搓手液,同幫我地量體溫。餐廳環境昏昏暗暗,其實好有情調,如果同另一半過嚟嘅話都幾有氣氛㗎。一坐低,服務員就推介我哋一啲熱門嘢食,或者好多日本客人都好鍾意嘅串燒。今次就試咗兩款未食過嘅串揚,就係海膽湯葉卷串揚同埋三文魚子海鮮球串揚。呢兩款都好特別,配搭好新鮮。海膽湯葉卷,佢外層好脆,上面有一堆海膽,海膽味正正常常,我覺得串揚一啲都唔油膩啊,可能係因為佢炸到好薄好脆啦😉($39)另外一款係三文魚子海鮮串揚,佢有勁多三文魚子🤤脆皮入邊其實係帶子黎既,舊帶子大大件,啖啖肉啊。😍 本人超愛帶子😆 ($39)除此呢啲串揚之外,仲有好多其他串燒架,另一樣我推介就係A4和牛串燒,超好味😘一串有兩大舊,又勁多肉汁,仲要有少少生,咁先好食🤤($75)服務員每放低一樣食物,都會介紹我哋可以配一啲醬汁或者山椒粉,仲可以用Wasabi添,真係好細心㗎😘不過如果你想試食物嘅原味呢,其實都唔建議點😊因為唔點其實都OK😉仲有好多其他野食,但最想同大家分享既就係呢幾樣
