平時食雪糕就食得多,但炸過的雪糕就未食過。店員提醒我們要盡快食用,一咬開裏面雪糕已呈現半溶狀態,外層炸粉甜甜的,有點像炸饅頭味道,裏面的雲呢拿雪糕,奶香味重👍🏼如果大家還有胃口,記得一定叫這個雪糕蛋糕卷😋Yummy~~

平時食串燒會好口渴,因為好多孜然粉(雖然真係好好味😢),但Jan Jan既串燒係比較原汁原味,調味較少,和牛同雞脾都唔會好重口味☺️ 估唔到既係飯團同雪糕好有驚喜。飯團外層係脆,好特別,但入邊既飯仲有水份又有汁,好好味🤤雪糕係袖子味,超級濃郁😍真係好正❗️值得一試啊!

今晚的主角當然是串揚げ啦 *\(^o^)/* 一共點了4款不同的串揚 其中招牌的北海道海謄湯葉卷 炸到香脆的日本腐皮紫菜卷 再加上入口即溶的海膽 層次十分豐富🤤 而我個人最喜歡的是黑松露芝士薯蓉❤️一咬下去是三重味蕾的享受 外面是炸得恰到好處十分酥脆 而內餡的芝士薯蓉香滑軟綿 再加上黑松露 整個真的好滿足😋😋 天使海老在包裹在黃金脆衣下能夠食到來自日本的新鮮食材 天使蝦夠彈牙😍 最後一道是炸半熟煮玉子🍳 脆漿十分之薄 輕輕一拮馬上看到半熟的流心效果🤩
