何謂串揚?? 什麼是串揚文化??
「串揚」是介乎於串燒與天婦羅之間,像串燒食物上穿上一層薄薄的金黃炸衣,在大板極受歡迎的地道食物。串揚最講究的是油、炸衣、食材,店主採用的油是從日本進口3種混合油,再經店方自家過濾,而且天天更換絕不過夜。每款串揚都穿上薄薄的炸衣,食材必須要新鮮,才能感受食物的鮮味。而串揚食物的炸衣講究是金黃香脆沒有多餘的炸粉才算合格,串揚雖然經過油炸但優質的油加上薄薄的炸衣及新鮮食材,吃起來香口而不油膩,而且唔熱氣,口感味道一流。
想學會正宗的串揚文化?店家溫馨的提提大家,不要同一串沾兩次醬,若嫌醬汁不夠,可利用椰菜加醬汁增添滋味。吃肉類的串揚,適宜蘸醬汁或秘製辣醬,而蔬菜及魚類則適合蘸點鹽或醬汁。

今年年頭打算暑假去日本旅行,但受疫情影響,短期內應該冇得去旅行了😖 為了滿足去日本食串揚的願望,相約幾位好朋友去這家網上很多人推介的正宗串揚店~一入餐廳,店員先為我們量度體溫,再要求用酒精搓手液消毒,確保所有人保持衛生入餐廳👍🏼  而餐廳環境有居酒屋風味,燈光昏暗,擺滿很多日本酒在上面,有點回到日本的感覺😚——————————🔹手羽先唐揚 $56這個雞翼真的無得輸👍🏼👍🏼熱辣辣炸起,香脆可口😋外層有濃郁醬油和蜜糖味,裏面的雞肉充滿肉汁且很滑,令人一啖接一啖😍由於太美味,臨最後再encore多一次🤩-🔸高湯雞蛋卷 $45網上很多人推介這款雞蛋卷,真是沒有介紹錯!未食已聞到蒸水蛋的味道,這個高湯雞蛋卷有很濃高湯和蛋味,再蘸上豉油更能突出蛋香味,食幾啖已經有點飽肚感😂不錯~-🔹免治鴨胸串揚 $31朋友特別喜歡食免治鴨胸串揚,裏面由很多切碎的鴨胸製成,肉質很嫩,肉汁都很足夠,再配上外層薄薄的炸皮,不知不覺就食完😚完全不油膩👍🏼👍🏼-🔸三文魚海鮮球串揚 $39而我比較喜歡這個三文魚海鮮球串揚,裏面有帶子和其他海鮮,但三文魚就不太食得出😆 外層脆醬很薄很脆,而且不油膩😍配上沙律醬和三文魚子,一點也不腥,反而很有鮮味,好食😋-🔹雞肉紫蘇卷 $31這個雞肉紫蘇卷,味道很好👍🏼 可能我很喜歡炸完後的紫蘇香味,與裏面嫩清的雞肉一起食,會令人上癮,想再食☺️ 相反朋友覺得紫蘇味太濃烈,搶去雞肉味😂-🔸半熟煮玉子 $23聽說把半熟的玉子拿去炸,是很高難度的。但店家真的做到流心效果,炸皮薄薄的,裏面見到滿滿的液體蛋黃,灑上少許鹽,就已經好好食😋-🔹和牛串燒 $75相信沒有人不喜歡食和牛,所以叫一串試試~ 果然很香牛味,肉質也很軟腍,但如果多少少就perfect🙁-🔸炒麵飯 $48食完這麼多串揚,都想食一些主食,這個炒麵飯賣相非常吸引,上面有生雞蛋🥚炒麵飯用上燒汁炒,但略嫌有點過鹹,就算混合蛋黃一起食都太濃味😖-🔹蕎麥麵 (冷) $38這裏的主食都很便宜,特別推介這個冷蕎麥麵。因為蕎麥麵的棉質很彈牙,放入微鹹的鰹魚高湯,再加入少許wasabi、蔥和蘿蔔蓉,整體清爽而沒有負擔🥳 特別適合食完熱辣辣的食物再食🥰-🔸雪糕蛋糕卷 $26平時食雪糕就食得多,但炸過的雪糕就未食過。店員提醒我們要盡快食用,一咬開裏面雪糕已呈現半溶狀態,外層炸粉甜甜的,有點像炸饅頭味道,裏面的雲呢拿雪糕,奶香味重👍🏼如果大家還有胃口,記得一定叫這個雪糕蛋糕卷😋Yummy~~-除了以上食物,還有叫了雞腿串、芝士蕃茄雞肉串、燒牛舌、海老、茄子、炸鮮蠔、三文魚茶漬飯和柚子雪芭,質素都不錯👍🏼 continue reading

朋友約係呢間串揚店,一開始真係唔知串揚係咩,朋友一開始都無解釋俾我聽,淨係話食咗就知啦。食咗就知道,佢同一般嘅天婦羅係完全唔同感覺,炸到金黃薄脆,增加食材口感層次之餘又可以食到食材本身嘅鮮美。一班人都點咗幾多嘢食下,推介特色串揚,雞脾菇豬肉卷,三文魚子海鮮球。食過一次真係返唔到轉頭。串燒都好味,但串揚更加適合送啤酒,另外,蛋包炒麵我都覺得好好食!蛋好滑嫩,配上惹味嘅炒麵,幾個人三兩下清曬!餐廳環境都好有日式居酒屋嘅氛圍,燈光柔和,好適合同一班老友飲返杯談心。 continue reading
