To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去開堅尼地城就上左去熟食中心睇下有咩食，見到誠記多人坐就去食佢出名嘅椒鹽豬排飯啦！🤤🤤碟飯一黎到，嘩都幾大碟喎，一個女仔冇可能食得晒，d餸有豬排有菜心有青椒有洋蔥仲有最緊要既炸蒜，不過d飯就比較爛，唔夠乾身，豬排要跟飯食，就咁食比較咸，同埋佢應該加左咖哩粉有少少辣都好野味，不過都比較多油！54蚊唔包飲品，加飲品大要63蚊，細60，由於係熟食中心，周圍都比較熱鬧，不過熟食中心預左係咁！不過冷氣足夠就得啦！🤣🤣
