To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前已經試過hk其他比較多人推介既德國餐廳,今次結果味道都係一樣,究竟知唔知德國豬手同乳豬既分別唔係烤到個皮脆卜卜敲得出聲就叫好食烤到連d肉都硬埋,咬都咬唔開,牙較都軟埋成隻豬dry到要龜裂要不停隊水感覺係咬緊一隻被抽乾水份又咬極都咬唔開既肉味道分唔出同酒樓插住燈膽個隻乳豬頭盤有乜分別唔明點解咁多人讚好脆好食😑註 有係德國食過 真正徳國豬手係唔會烤到個皮薯片咁脆 同埋係有汁的乾到已收縮既德國乳豬德國慕尼黑食既豬手

烤到連d肉都硬埋,咬都咬唔開,牙較都軟埋
成隻豬dry到要龜裂要不停隊水
感覺係咬緊一隻被抽乾水份又咬極都咬唔開既肉
味道分唔出同酒樓插住燈膽個隻乳豬頭盤有乜分別

唔明點解咁多人讚好脆好食😑

註 有係德國食過 真正徳國豬手係唔會烤到個皮薯片咁脆 同埋係有汁的
